This paper put Dujiacun Mine1201dip soft thick coal seam working face as the research background,and use a laboratory similar material simulation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field measurement methods, and do a big dip soft and thick coal seam pressure behavior law and rock control technology research; We use the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods to research the control technology of the face roadway and the surrounding rock. Studies have shown that:the face with mine pressure behavior strongest in the upper part, second in the middle of it,and the weakest was the paragraph.and overlying rock roof formed the "factory" type bent structure of mobile arch, showing a gradual change in the next small big " with" a high degree of patterns; The return air drift cut round arched section with steel mesh and anchor combined support, and the transport drift leave the form of a triangle coal section plus anchor mesh and cable support,which can effectively improve the stress state of the surrounding rock and control the deformation of surrounding rock; and the use of mining release (0.6m) coal drawing and a single round of caving interval of multi-port, at the same time we will avoid the stent to slip, and dump the coal wall instability and failure, which contribute to the stability and dynamics of the surrounding rock controlled.
