| This paper mainly researched the performance of STCCS, soft rock roadwaycompression ring strengthening supporting theory and technology by theoreticalanalysis, laboratory tests, numerical simulation and field measurement. It analysedSTCCS structure and uniaxial compressive strength of STCC short columns throughtheory calculation and laboratory experiment. It put forward bending resistancestrengthening measures and took theory calculation and laboratory test, after analysedbending resistance of STCC circular arch with theoretical method. It also tested theultimate bearing capacity of type Φ194×8and type Φ168×6STCCS with shallowbottom arch circular. It established compression ring strengthening mechanical modelin different surrounding rock conditions, analysed their surrounding rock controllingeffect, and pointed out that strengthening compression ring should be taken in thesurrounding rock and roadway space when surrounding was weak and be rebuild inroadway space when surrounding was extreme weak. In the end, it tested thesurrounding rock mechanics parameters, hydrological properties and in-situ stress inBeizao coal mine, and made roadway supporting design with STCC mainly. Thesurrounding rock pressure monitoring after construction showed that the STCCS werenot damaged and the surrounding rock remained stable. |
