Since entering the new century, along with the depletion of the global resource and deterioration of the environment, how to strengthen the construction of the ecological environment and how to develop circular economy, have become a major issue faced by all countries. As the largest developing country in the world, China has enhanced its comprehensive national strength remarkably, and has made achievements that attract worldwide attention after thirty years of sustained economic growth. But serious environmental problems also emerge at the same time. In order to fundamentally change the mode of economic growth, to improve the ecological environment, to build a harmonious society, Chinese government proposes to fully implement the scientific development concept, and to promote the construction of a resource-saving, environment-friendly "two-oriented society". An important aspect of construction of the "two-oriented society" is to vigorously develop the circular economy and strengthen the recycling of waste resources. Our country is vast in territory. A lot of agricultural and forestry residues are produced in the agricultural and forestry production every year. In the field of forestry, the main residues are stumps, wood branches and barks after timber harvesting. In the field of agriculture, the main residues are kinds of crop straw, such as straw, wheat straw, cotton stalk, bean stalk, and peanut stalk etc. Traditionally, subject to the processing and utilization technologies, agricultural and forestry residues are disposed by incineration, which both do the damage to the environment and waste the resources. According to the actual situation of our country, in the fields of agriculture and forestry, vigorously developing the circular economy, is the inevitable course of achieving agriculture and forestry modernization. One of the important aspects, is to strengthen the recycle and utilization of agricultural and forestry residues. With the development of agricultural new technology, the recycle and utilization of agricultural and forestry residues is no longer a problem at the technical level. However, agricultural and forestry residues often scattered in various places, and mostly in the rural areas and forest with relatively underdeveloped traffic. How to strengthen the collection of agricultural and forestry residues and optimize the logistics network, have become a major problem in the process of recycle. In this context, this thesis focuses on the issues related to logistics network construction of agricultural and forestry residues recycling, aims to explore the logistics network models of agricultural and forestry residues recycling in theory, to optimize the location of network layout and distribution center, to guide the practice of agricultural and forestry residues recycling. This paper mainly makes the following innovative achievements.1. The researches on logistics network models of agricultural and forestry residues recycling. According to the characteristics and distribution of agricultural and forestry residues, the recycling logistics network has been constructed and analyzed. The basic principles of constructing agricultural and forestry residues recycling logistics network and the information sharing mechanism of recycling logistics network have been studied. In order to improve the reliability of logistics network of recycling agricultural and forestry residues, based on the definition of the reliability of the supply chain, the evaluation index of the reliability of agricultural and forestry residues recycling logistics network have been studied, and the various factors on reliability have been analyzed. The time reliability is taken as an example to calculate as well. On this basis, the reliability of tandem network, parallel network and network structure are analyzed in theory.2. The researches on the location of logistics distribution center of crops straw. According to the actual situation of straw utilization, two kinds of logistics network model of recycling,"single straw, single processing factory" and "multiple straw, multiple processing factory and multiple distribution centers", are put forward. The latter is analyzed in detail. Taking the optimization of the distribution cost as a goal, this paper subdivides the cost of agricultural and forestry residues recycling network, analyzes the various factors and constraints affecting cost, establishes the mathematical model of the cost optimization of straw recycling logistics network, designs the solution based on genetic algorithms. The empirical analysis of the validity of the model is also made by using case study.3. The researches on the freight flow allocation in agricultural and forestry residues logistics network based on variable weights. The agricultural and forestry residues recycling logistics network is relying on the transport infrastructure mainly in rural road, which is characterized by narrow road, imbalance traffic, and unstable traffic capacity of vehicles. Therefore, it is typical stochastic-flow logistics network. This paper constructs variable weight model of stochastic-flow logistics network of agricultural and forestry residues recycling. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the changing attributes of logistics nodes, transport capacity of logistics network, time and cost, the transport routes, logistics node and path state are calculated with comprehensive variables. Variable weight selection method and the optimal solution to freight flow allocation of the logistics network are obtained based on the calculation.4. The researches on the benefit allocation mechanism of agricultural and forestry residues recycling logistics network. On the base of analyzing the content of benefit allocation of agricultural and forestry residues recycling logistics network, the benefit allocation model of the members of logistics network is constructed. And how to optimize the benefit allocation mechanism to ensure the stability of supply chain logistics network is also studied.
