Mechanized mining is the most important form of coal production,"less is safe, no one safer","less and nobody" is an important development goals. Mechanized mining equipment remotecontrol technology has been made breakthrough, and the coal-rock interface recognitiontechnology between the coal seam roof and floor highlights the technical bottleneck, severelyrestricting the less and nobody realization. Therefore conducting the research of the shearerscoal-rock interface automatic identification technology becomes an urgent, to control rocker of theshearer automatically along the seam roof and floor contour cutting, and eventually mechanizedmining equipment remote control. The black box of the project to the independent research anddevelopment, build airborne sensing information system establish Shearer automatic identificationof coal-rock interface platform; fuzzy mathematical expression study of coal-rock interface;analysis of various conditions (cutting coal, top, cutting and walking motor power, the rocker armto increase the load characteristics of the cylinder, the rocker and drum vibration characteristics,combined with the shearer bits posture, ultimately coalface along shearer toward the bottom,partings, faults) under coal and rock boundaries membership function of the distribution function,according to real-time control of the rocker arm to increase the amount of the ultimate roller alongthe coal and rock boundaries automatically contour cutting. The purpose of this project is tourgently needed to achieve the automation of fully mechanized coal mining shearer coal-rockinterface automatic identification technology, tremendous value, especially for Thin Seam MiningIndustry.
