The goal of coal-rock recognition technology is to realize the automation of coal mining machine,artificial intelligence and mine without humanized,and can identify the seam between coal and rock accurately and automatically in the operation of the coal machine.Coal-rock recognition is beneficial to improve the cutting efficiency of the coal mining machine and reduce the labor intensity of people,and it will play an important role in improving the economic efficiency and the work security.The engineering background of this paper is the coal-rock cutting of the drum type coal mining machine,then the similarity theory and dimensional analysis method are used to deduce the similarity criterion of the shearer drum cutting system,to design the coal-rock recognition experimental station system;modified the original cutting gear a installed three direction force sensor to the cutting gear,through the three directional force signal of the single tooth cutting process,to achieve the data test analysis to the shearer drum cutting three directional force.The three direction vibration sensor is installed on one side of the rocker arm near the drum,to test the three direction vibration signal in the process of coal and rock cutting,which provides an important numerical basis for the dynamic identification of coal rock interface.Use Catia to create a geometric model of the mechanical system structure,and import the geometric model into Adams through the interface software Simdesigner,building the neutral file of main mechanical parts by using Ansys,realizing the construction of rigid flexible coupling model in Adams finally.Through the kinematics and dynamics simulation of the coal rock recognition test bench,using Adams,the track diagram of the drum cutting process,the stress curve of the rotating bracket and the corresponding stress curves are obtained.The model test rig 12 order modal shape image and the corresponding dynamic response characteristic curve are obtained through the modal analysis of coal and rock identification test bench,to prevent coal cutting test device due to the occurrence of resonance and damage provides important theoretical basis.By means of the simulation analysis above,the results show that the designed coal-rock recognition experiment device is reasonable,the stability is good,and the whole system dynamic response feature is better,then can meet the coal-rock cutting test requirements better.The resonance phenomenon will not cause damage to the experimental table and bring greater error to the measurement of the vibration signal.By using the data obtained from coal and rock cutting experiment,the mechanical design of mining equipment and the prediction of working performance are realized.
