Research On The Coordinated Development And Upgrade Of Natural Gas Industry Chain

With the rapid development of economy, energy consumption is inscresingcontinuously and it makes the ecological environment being overwhelmed. In thissituation, the clean, high quality, high efficient energy, natural gas, is becoming moreand more important. Developing the natural gas industry is becoming the bestchoice for all over the world to improve their environment and maintain sustainabledevelopment of their economy. For China’s energy situation and its future, Chinamakes the strategic objectives to convert China’s energy structure by increasing thenatural gas’ proportion in this structure. Now china’s natural gas faces a new stage ofrapid development, and accelerating the development of natural gas has become arealistic choice to safeguard the development of energy security and improve theecological environment.Based on the summary and comment on the basis of theoretical research on thenatural gas industry chain, this paper deeply analyses the natural gas industry chain’scoordinated development and the integration upgrades from the basic theory andoperation characteristics of the natural gas industry chain.At first, the paper describes the concept of the natural gas industry chain, and theknowledge and understanding of the natural gas industry chain is increased bydiscussing the meaning and characteristics of the natural gas industry chain, thencomparing some countries’s current development of the natural gas industry chain.And the China’s natural gas industry chain current situation, some main problems inthe development of the natural gas industry in China are analyzed by comparsing ourcurrent situation with other countries.To fully understand the role and its development of natural gas industry chain’s everypart, this paper uses VAR model to analyze the correlation between each part of thenatural gas industry chain based on the division of the natural gas industry chain.At the mean time, this paper uses gray clustering method to analyze quantitatively someindexes of the natural gas industry chain and study the coordinated developmet of thischain. And, some comprehensive development thoughts are brough forword based onanalyzing the main factors that affecting the coordinated development of the naturalgas industry chain.Finally, one "dumbbell" model about natural gas industry chain is developed, and thispaper uses the model to analyze the development history of natural gas industry chainand to analyze the coordinated development manner as well as the key of the naturalgas industry chain’s upgrade, that is to adopt and integrate the advanced technology topromote production efficiency and management level of the natural gas industrychain.At the mean time, some measures and recommendations on economic policies,laws and regulations and so on, are adviced to promote the natural gas industry chain’supgrade.
