In this paper, acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans separated from the coal waste as the main object ofstudy, which is collected from Yangquan in Shanxi. Field sampling, laboratory test and simulationtest were used to carry out orthogonal experiment. Bactericide in different proportions applied onacidthiobacillus ferroxidans which is in different environments. In the study on the basis of asingle bactericide mechanism, composite two functions complementary, synergistic effect ofbactericide, examine its bactericidal effect and mechanism, screened out the best ratio andconditions composite bactericide. Environment in coal waste piles has changed dramatically, therole of bactericide can not be sustained, and easy to lapse, so the composite bactericideslow-release treatment is necessary. Further screening for the best rates and conditions of theslow-release composite bactericide to applied in practical. Provide the basis for source control andecological restoration of the spontaneous ignition acid coal waste piles.
