Resources conservation and environmental protection has become a basic national policy in china, which also is the basic requirement for the development of modern transportation. As an important part of vehicle inspection/maintenance (I/M) system, vehicle emissions eximination provids the basis for decision-making and techniques approach for vehicle pollution management. The application of advanced information technology and computer technology can not only improve the vehicle emissions eximination level but also enhance the vehicle environmental management level. Moreover, it has vital significance to the vehicle pollution prevention management. This paper is designed to provide theoretical basis for in-used vehicle emissions pollution control decisions based on the vehicle emission eximination information sharing, the main research contents are as following:Firstly, the paper presented the composition of ASM emissions eximination system, then designed the overall architecture and function modules of the system, thereby developed the information management system. Statistic analysis for in-used vehicle exhaust contaminant detection data was done, in addition, the reject rate and mean value of overall sample consists of in-used vehicle exhaust contaminant detection database were analyzed.Secondly, group regulation of100000in-used vehicles exhaust contaminant detection data was presented, then data sample amount and ratio of all test methods were calculated. The statistics of the large sample data sets and the distribution condition for over100vehicles with same vehicle style tested by different method was carried out, and then the reject amount and reject rate were analyzed. Classified statistical rule for ASM detection data was proposed, and the group regulation analysis of ASM detection data was finished. This paper also analyzed the modify factors for new version emission criterion, and finished the forecast of emission limit and reject rate for new version emission criterion.Thirdly, this paper took vehicle emission contaminant test result as the three-dimension point to describe the emission distribution character. In-used vehicle exhaust contaminant limit combination cube was sketched according to the basis quality distribution, so the visualization of space distribution state for ASM detection data was completed successfully. Statistics of two-dimension space distribution rules of corresponding section detection data based on cube segmentation strategy was carried out. Take use life and based quality as the parameters, the paper analyzed the group distribution characters for ASM5026and ASM2540, and then confirmed the group distribution character of high exhaust vehicles tast data. Regression statistical analysis of section data distribution with SPSS based on section projection multiplicity approach was conducted. Fourthly, data mining of the in-used vehicle exhaust contaminant detection data were finished based on association rules, furthermore, data choosing, construction analysis, data mining base establishment and data clean and so on were completed with SQL Server2000Analysis Services. The relation rules tree was established through choose relation rules classification parameters, and then in-used vehicle exhaust contaminant detection data relevance analysis was conducted use single mining way and double mining way based on relevance network structure and data mining acquirement.
