Application And Research Of Data Mining In Energy Source Data Analysis

With the rapid development of oil industry informatization, energy source data is accumulated exponentially. How to optimize and analyze these data effectively has become an urgent problem for Petro China Exploration and Production Company.This dissertation studies the key technology of data mining and data warehouse, and proposes the model of the warehouse based on energy source data by analyzing the energy source data overview. Then it comes up with the ETL solution of energy source data warehouse. With the support of SQL Server2005SSIS components, the study designs the data extraction, transformation, and load data process of reorganizing data according to the different themes of warehouse. The research also studies the multidimensional analysis methods of energy source data warehouse. There are the custom operations which are used to analyze the multidimensional data such as slicing, cut, drill, and rotation etc. The thesis analyzes the relationship among data from different angles, as well as finds the reciprocal relationship among these data, and makes enterprise policy makers’working more effective. Research has realized the generation of dynamic multi-dimensional statements and data query results, as well as directly shows the results to user through a variety of PivotTable or PivotChart.On the basis of the.NET platform and usage of C#, the world’s oil and gas resources query analysis system was developed, problems such as existing data subject analyzed is not clear and analysis point of view is not deep enough in the enterprise original reports data were solved.The studies show the mining algorithm of the analysis results by mean of Excel2007. It is convenient for business personnel to make decision in time, which promotes the production and operation of Petro China Exploration and Production Company.
