Liquid membranes are thin films composed of surfactant and solvent. Liquid membrane separation is an extraction and re-extraction technology that can be used to separate a mixture through the liquid membrane phase between internal and external phases. Through appliction of the physical selective permeation theory the membrane phase composition are selected. Because of its high efficiency, quickness, economy and so on, liquid membrane has been applied broadly in the treatment of various types of waste water.CLT-acid dye waste water, with characteristics of high concentration, colorific and low biodegradability etc, is one of very intractable organic wastewater. So it is an important subject in the field of environmental protection.This study was designed through the analysis of the the CLT acid synthesis process and the quality of wastewater for wastewater biodegradable organic pollutants and intermediates, toxic substances, membrane separation technology system test; organic synthesis experiment liquid membrane recovered materialback for CLT acid synthesis process, verify its recyclables can reuse; through the biological process to determine the biochemical feasibility of CLT acid waste water after the liquid membrane; developed for CLT acidnew wastewater treatment is technically feasible, economically reasonable process for providing technical support to solve the problem of water pollution control industry in CLT acid.Firstly the formulated wastewater containing CLT-acid were investigated in this paper. The type and concentration of surfactant, the type and concentration of carrier, the type and concentration of internal solution, volume ratio of emulsion to feed, pH in the feed etc, were studied. The experimental results show that the membrane separation technology processing CLT-acid dye wastewater technology is feasible, under appropriate conditions, the wastewater after liquid membrane extraction, COD removal of90-95%; through experiments on oil backfeasibility studies have shown repeatedly applied, liquid membrane extraction CLT acid industrial wastewater COD removal efficiency is essentially the same; CLT-acid synthesis experiments results show that the CLT-acid wastewater recycling,CLT-acid liquid membrane extraction recovery phase synthesis CLT-acid, the yield was90%, a purity of about98%, reach CLT-acid product quality standards; CLT acid waste water pretreatment experiments through the A/O biochemical systemsthe results indicate that the biochemical feasibility CLT acid waste water treated by the liquid film, the COD removal efficiency greater than90%, can meet the national wastewater discharge standards (GB8978-1996) emission standards.
