This thesis was mainly focused on the inclusion behavior of the cyclodextrin with the several pesticide, besides, the release behavior of the inclusion complexes had also been studied.Through the saturated water solution method, a-cyclodextin was used to include the gas molecular1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP). Powder inclusion compound was prepared. The gas released from the inclusion complex was proved to be1-MCP by GC-MS. Isobutylene which was used as the prototype to map the concentration of the standard curve by gas chromatography (GC), and the fully released1-MCP from the complex was quantitative determined, whose content was about3%. Compared to the air-packaged1-MCP, the release rate of the1-MCP from a-CD-1-MCP inclusion complex declined markedly. The release rate of the inclusion complex was much higher in the alkaline solution than in the water, and2-4mol·L-1NaOH solution was proved to be the best release environment.P-cyclodextrin (P-CD) was used to include clethodim. The inclusion complexes were prepared by saturated solution method. Through the orthogonal experiment and variance analysis, it was concluded that in the best inclusion condition, the molecular ratio was4:1(β-CD:clethodim), stirring time was4hours and the inclusion temperature was40℃. The structure of the inclusion complex was analyzed and characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The hot storage stability of the clethodim was improved by including.y-cyclodextrin (y-CD) was used to include pendimethalin and avermectin. Infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermal analysis (DTA-DSC), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to detect whether the inclusion complex was formed or not. Results showed that each of the pesticides above had formed inclusion complex with y-cyclodextrin. The release rate of the γ-CD-pendimethalin inclusion complex was88%after120hours vibration in water, meanwhile, the rate of the y-CD-pendimethalin inclusion complex was91%after192hours vibration in water. It has been proved that the avermectin has good killing effect on root-knot nematodes. But the absorption in soil and the poor mobility of the avermectin become to obstacles for nematodes-killing. After inclusion, the disadvantages above could be corrected, meanwhile, the efficacy of avermectin could be sustained. The purpose of slow-release could be achieved by inclusion.
