Air pollution of urban is growing a seriously problem. This phenomenon threatens all people’s health which lived in urban indoor and outdoor space. The environment issues of urban is need to find the ways and means what can controlling and reducing pollutant concentrations indoor and outdoor. It is necessary to study the vehicle exhaust pollution sources diffusion from outdoor to the entire indoor in forward-proliferation in the gaseous pollution in the city, but also consider the presence that when the indoor strong sources diffusion to the outdoor space entry will reverse the pollutants diffusion in the exhaust gas. Further large-scale urban morphology analysis depends on the established boundaries of urban, for the planning and design of each specific empty plots range to be considered is based on the growth oriented city planning cell element that is like the smallest group construction and evolution of fission final form best fit to space shape design of the land. The seven kinds of layout diversified groups, followed by a major expansion of its simulation parameters change to dimensionless concentration as a measure derived in Xi’an Preferred cluster programs and single building design optimization program recommendations.
