| At present China is under the large-scale construction of high-speed rail hub, which is in an urgent need for relevant theory. But the theoretical framework of the high-speed rail hub transfer links planning has not been established, and the research of the specific connection mode is still blank. Therefore, based on the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad, to The System Theory, theory of Sustainable Transportation and Green Transportation as a guide, make an overall consideration of the relationship between the high-speed rail hub transfer links and urban development, drawing on traditional Railway Station research results, build the for high-speed rail hub transfer link planning theory based on the "Sustainable Transfer" idea has become the focus of this study. Paper consists of three parts.The first part is the background research. First, the development process stages of the high-speed rail on world were reviewed and the features were summarized. The typical high-speed rail hub cases at home and abroad were collected and analysis. Then make a comprehensive review over the existing results of theoretical studies related from three aspects to clarify the focus of this study and provide some theoretical support to future research. The three aspects are: the basic theories which have important influence on the theoretical study of high-speed rail hub transfer planning; the theories which achieve their goals based on the use of high-speed rail transportation hub transfer planning; theories relate to high-speed rail transportation hub transfer planning itself.The second part is the theoretical framework. First, proposed the "Sustainable Transfer" idea as the guiding ideology and the pursuit of goals of the high-speed rail hub transfer link planning, which based on the current economic, social development trend of China. Then from three levels: the macro, the meso and the micro constructed the theoretical system of the high-speed rail hub transfer links planning and design which has three different levels of meaning: the regions, cities, the hub; five content parts: intermodal between the hub and external transport, coupling of the hub and inner-city transport, combination of the hub and rapid distribution system around, integration of the hub and the non-motorized travel, integration of the hub ontology.The third part is the basic theoretical research.
