With the continuous development of transport, road construction is shifting to the western mountains and other areas, due to the terrain conditions of the western region, the route design process is inevitable to a Longitudinal Slope. In conditions of the mountains special conditions, vehicles traveled with the low speed and slow and brake frequently in the longitudinal sections. In addition by overloading and slow speed and many other factors, rutting and fatigue cracking of the Longitudinal Slope is more serious especially in the continuous uphill section. Subject to the impact of sustained high temperature, the formation and development of rutting, hugging and fatigue are far more serious than expected.Based on the survey of the types of damage in the mountainous areas with Longitudinal slope, analysis the reasons of the damage, through the establishment of a theory based on three-dimensional viscoelastic finite element model to study the longitudinal growth sections of the pavement state, and analyze the influence of longitudinal slope, overload, low speed and axle load times on the stress distribution and the depth of rutting, presented the reasonable asphalt pavement surface layer division of labor characteristics and thickness on the Mechanical Analysis of asphalt pavement of typical longitudinal section, analysis the shear resistance of the used asphalt mixture gradation in the surface layer by uniaxial penetration test, The shear resistance of9kinds graded asphalt mixture surface layer are systematic researched, the rutting resistance of5combination scheme are comparative analysied, the anti shrinkage performance and fatigue performance of4groups pavement layer combination scheme are optimized, through these research. The different layers of reasonable asphalt pavement surface layer materials are determined based on road performance. Comparative Analysis of the penetration effect and the bonding properties of kerosene diluted asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt emulsion and the P-SP emulsified asphalt, and proposed a new layer construction Treatment technology and technical standards of a high bond "two oil a material" for the first time. Finally, for longitudinal growth characteristics of asphalt pavement damage, with reference to the existing asphalt pavement design indicators, proposed the standards-based method of axle load conversion and the design control indicators of growth Longitudinal sections of asphalt pavement and recommend the typical structure and the construction quality control indicators of the mountainous area.
