Research Of The Traditional Architectures Color In Guangfu Area

How to face the disappearance of the historical buildings and historic districts during thetimes which the urbanization is accelerating day by day? How to keep the original style of thehistorical buildings or the color texture of the historic districts during the process ofprotecting？ This paper on the architectural color maybe can solve these problem.This paper is based on the color of the architect and analyses the developing sequence ofthe traditional architectures color through the road of the development of the Guangfu’sarchitecture.This paper adopts many reaserch methods such as archaeology、architecture、chromatology to systematic study the regional、national and contemporary connotation duringthe evolution process，analyses the influence of the skill、material and human factors to thearchitectural color in different historical periods and gets the different types of architecturalcolor characteristics and regularity and the inner relationship between Guangfu’s culturetradition and the architectural color. We hope provide reference to use the color in architecturecreation and provide guiding principles to protecte， reconstruct and rehabilite the historical buildingsand districts, so can respect the history and the originalbstyle of the historical buildings anddistricts.This paper is of significence on the following three points:First,this paper hopes to fill in a gap of the color study in the basic theory system ofarchitecture in guangfu or Lingnan area and to enrich the existing architectural history andtheory research in the content.Second,theColor of architecture is one of the main characteristics of Chinesetraditional architecture and is the important basis of the style, age, class, function, designanalysis of the historical buildings.This paper can provide reference to protect or repair thehistorical buildings in the Guangfu area and can promote to protect the folk traditionalcraft,such as huisu and brick carving,also can provide reference to make the strategy ofprotecting and reformatting the historical cities and districts in the Guangfu area.Third,the paper explores the law of the regional architecture color choice and climaticenvironment, natural ecology beauty combined with the law, for us in modern architecturecreation and inheritance and innovation concept to provide reference for today’s city, color planning, improving the living environment, continuation of historical context, to improvecompetitiveness of region culture also has the extremely important practical significance.
