The dynamic uncertainty of contactors in the process of dynamic response has animpact on the working reliability of the control system where the contactors operate.CJ20-25AC contactor is taken as the research object. The dynamic uncertainty anddynamic characteristics during the response of contactors were evaluated and ranked. Thethesis mainly contains the following aspects:Firstly,the dynamic characteristics of CJ20-25AC contactor were analyzed,includingthe characteristics of current,the displacement characteristic,the time characteristic,thevelocity characteristic and the characteristic between magnetic force and the counterforce incase of different closing-phases,and variable coils voltages.Secondly,the uncertainty of dynamic response in the process of contactors’ closingoperation was studied and the uncertainty phenomenon was analyzed in detail in cases asfollows, the uncertainty of a single test product under the same closing phase, theuncertainty of a single test product under different closing phase, and the uncertainty ofdifferent test products under the same closing phase.Thirdly,the uncertainty indexf uncert_under the same phase-angle and thefuncert_swhich was suitable for different phase-angles were proposed to evaluate the level of asingle electric product uncertainty aimed to different uncertainty features during the periodof dynamic response. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique was introduced into thecomprehensive evaluated value calculation with each tested dynamic parameters duringeach closing operation, and then the uncertainty for a single product was calculated.Fourthly, combined with the sample theory of mathematical statistics and confidenceinterval estimation, together with the single product uncertainty indexes, two proposedindexesf lot_andflot_swere respectively for under the same phase-angle and fordifferent phase-angle.Finally, four evaluation methods to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of ACcontators were studied, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), FAHP with fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, subjective-objective fuzzy-entropy weight and objectivefuzzy-entropy weight. A theoretical foundation for contactors’ dynamic performanceevaluation was put forward to select more reasonable decision method.
