Study On Spatial Pattern Of New Rural Settlement In Zhongyuan Region Under The Background Rapid Urbanization

With the speeding up of urbanization, the shortage of land resources is moreserious in our country. The state solve“Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer” issueswith the strategy of urban and rural integration, and new rural construction waslaunched on a larger scale. Agriculture is the main feature of Zhongyuan region, as thecentral plains economic zone rises for national strategy, rural problems become thefocus of attention. Current research for rural villages is mainly concentrated in twoaspects: one is a typical spatial layout and the cultural heritage of traditional villagesettlement; the other is spatial pattern and utilization of land issues in the process ofurbanization. And the problems of rural construction and development under the impactof rapid urbanization is less attention, especially the theory can be used to guide theconstruction of new rural community space model has not yet been established.In this paper, starting from the history of the Chinese countryside, carding thedevelopment track of rural villages, analysis the mechanism of village, discuss thedevelopment of power and influence factors. Analyze complex systemic features ofrural villages, parsing conventional wisdom based on agricultural civilization;summarize its cultural expression on the functional organization and spatial form, putforward the characteristic of traditional rural space is an integration of production andlife.Interpretation of the concept connotation, the phase characteristics, dynamicmechanism and model type of urbanization, explore the internal relation betweenChina’s urbanization process and rural development, analyze the dramatic changes infarmers, countryside and agriculture under the background of rapid urbanization,pointed out that the stripping between production and life are the basic characteristics of rural China at this stage. Summarize and reflect on the new rural construction practicein the central plains, sum up out of the " Combine the village to the city "" Combine thevillage to the town"" Combine the village to the village " and " keeps in situ", theevolution model of rural villages in the central plains.Analyze the spatial structure features of rural villages in the central plains, interpretthe mechanism of traditional rural public life, analyze status quo of the new ruralcommunity space environment, comparing the contradictions and the demand of ruralcommunity life, and explore the space pattern of rural community under the backgroundof gathering.Based on the research of real life state about house life in traditional village, andthe present situation of the use and future demand for living space, combined with theresearch of the new rural community residential living, attempt to propose the spacepattern of new rural residential with stripping state of production and life.
