Urban rail transit construction has become the investment hot spot in China. It has greatguidance and promotion in improving equipment manufacturing industry, promoting the localeconomic development, improving the city traffic congestion, and improving the city image,which produced good economic and social benefit. By2015, there will be158urban railtransit lines completed and under construction in China. By2020,117urban rail transit lineswill be put into operation in28cities in China, and the total length will add up to7400kilometers. Nowadays, urban rail transit construction and operation are being in the stage ofhigh speed development period.The construction life period of urban rail transit equipment system is divided into theequipment preliminary design, procurement and manufacturing, installation, single systemcommissioning, testing and commissioning (Integrated commissioning, operation drilling andreliability test) and trial operation stage, etc. The aim of testing and commissioning is to testthe correctness of the interface relationships among systems, whether the operation iscoordinated or not, and whether the operation ability meets all the possible predeterminedconditions and operational requirements, and test the availability, stability and safety of urbanrail transit system from the overall. This paper mainly studies the evaluation theory model andthe key technologies of the testing and commissioning system for urban rail transit system.The main contents include:(1)The research status at home and abroad of urban rail transit, we did some analysis ontheoretical model research, technology development direction, foreign construction mode andapplication, and pointed out the hot spot research content and direction of the testing andcommissioning system for urban rail transit system.(2)Firstly propose the evaluation model of the testing and commissioning system forurban rail transit system. Through evaluating the effect of the testing and commissioningsystem for urban rail transit system, the main influence factors are divided into five classessuch as functional and performance implementation rate of equipment system, managementsystem implementation rate, influence rate of external interference factors, interface debugging realization rate and other factors. Considering various kinds of influence factorsand interaction among them, the evaluation model is established. Assessed effect about theevaluation factors and their interactions is determined through the average value method,expert analysis method and comprehensive analysis method, then by the mathematicalstatistics and weighted method, the obtained threshold can be as a judge of the testing andcommissioning system for urban rail transit system effect(acceptable or unacceptable)basis.This evaluation method can provide reference for the testing and commissioning system ofthe high-speed railway.(3)Research and analyze the key technology of urban rail transit, we divided the urbanrail transit testing and commissioning into the track area and station commissioning, analyzedthe commissioning technologies of track area and station in detail, and introduced the maturetechnology of high-speed railway into urban rail transit, improved the urban rail transitcommissioning efficiency.(4)Research and analyze the key technology of urban rail transit operation drilling. Weclassified, inducted and analyzed the hierarchy of operation drilling, mode definition andactual drilling implement, which provided the technical support to guide the operation drilling.We proposed the reliability testing plan before the trial operation on the basis of reliabilityanalysis.(5)On the base of urban rail transit commissioning data of3cities, we studied the case ofcommissioning evaluation model, introduced the specific algorithm of each weight and theparameters of the model and compared the result, obtained the adjustment of commissioningeffect, and analyzed the reason of the different result. The case has some certain practicality,and related researchers can reference and calculate the algorithm.
