| Due to the compression medium and the application, wind-cooling oil-free scrollair compressor has its structural characteristics, such as large vent, double-arcnegative-angle modification, causing asynchronously discharge of asymmetricchambers, these structures characteristics and the cooling-wind make the aircompression process and the structure deformation the more complicated. To providethe theory basis and the specific references for the key design problems, this thesissystematically researchs the geometrical theory, the thermodynamics, the appliedforce, the temperature field and the deformation of the wind-cooling oil-free scroll aircompressor.According to the motion and the relative positioning of the boundary curve, themathematical expressions of the geometrical model are constructed, the state changein the compression process is preliminary analyzed. The geometrical model isprepared for the calculation of the thermodynamics and the structure temperaturefield.On the basis of the geometrical model, the thermodynamics calculation model ofair compression is made up of the first law of thermodynamics, the leakage modeland the heat transfer model. The heat transfer is researched, the state of thecompressed air is analyzed, and the heat flux is calculated in the air compressionprocess.By the heat flux calculation, the dynamic heat transfer in the air compressionprocess is converted to the static boundary condition of the temperature fieldcalculation, the thermodynamics in the compression process and the temperature fieldof the scroll plate are iteratively calculated by the adjustment of the linear start angleof the scroll temperature and the average temperature difference between the fixedscroll gear and the orbiting scroll gear, the temperature field is gotten which agreeswith the scroll gear temperature of the thermodynamics calculation and thetemperature measurement of fixed scroll, simultaneously the temperature condition ofthe thermodynamics calculation is amended. The dynamics model of the main parts is constructed, the variance of the appliedforce and the structural deformation are researched, the effect of the applied force onthe structural deformation is analyzed, and the structural strength is checked.The interference of between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll is calculatedby the assembly relationship and the deformation result. On the premise of avoidingthe interference, the scroll gears are amended to lower the leakage. |
