The oil-free air scroll compressor has the characteristics of stable operation,compact structure,low noise,high work efficiency and no pollution.It is widely used in tire inflation or food,medicine,proton exchange membrane fuel cells and other occasions where requiring pure gas source.Due to the large adiabatic index of air,the working temperature is higher,and the thermal deformation of the scroll is more obvious.The uneven deformation around the scroll will caused the orbiting and fixed scrolls contact with each other or serious leakage of the compressor during the work.Directly affects whether the scroll compressor can operate normally.However,in the design process of the scroll of compressor scroll,the basic parameters of the scroll like the thickness of the scroll,the height of the scroll wrap,the thickness of the bottom plate,and the meshing clearance of orbiting and fixed scrolls are usually designed empirically.In order to avoid excessive experience in design and improve the performance of the scroll compressor.According to the thermal deformation of scroll of the scroll compressor,targeting to reduce leakage to increasing displacement,optimize the structure of the orbiting and fixed scrolls from the thermodynamic point of view.In this paper,the basic parameters of the orbiting and fixed scrolls t are calculated according to the technical parameters of the oil-free scroll air compressor.And the preliminary design of the scrolls of structure is completed.The mathematical model of the calculation of the thermal boundary condition of the scroll is established.The temperature field of the orbiting and fixed scrolls is obtained by the finite element method.The temperature distribution trend of the scroll was analyzed.The structural deformation of the orbiting and fixed scrolls after heating is simulated and analyzed.The mathematical model of the axial interference and radial interference analysis that in the processor of orbiting and fixed scrolls meshing with each other is established.The interference between the orbiting and fixed scrolls during the rotation of compressor is obtained.And established the displacement calculation model of the scroll compressor under the actual tangential leakage.Taking the displacement of the scroll compressor as the objective function,the basic structural parameters of the scroll are optimized.The displacements of the single structure parameters and the combined structural parameters of the scroll compressor are analyzed respectively.The best of basic structural parameters of the scroll are obtained.
