The pile-anchor system with its advantages is widely used in the foundation pitengineering, but engineering accidents occur occasionally. Therefore it is very necessaryto study the key technology in the design and construction.In this paper, the author participated in the actual deep foundation works of KailaiPlaza Hotel and analysed the most commonly form used deep foundation pit support. Inaccordance with the engineering characteristics of the foundation pit support(basicoutline, depth, etc.), soil properties (soil engineering properties and hydrologicalconditions), the surrounding environment (location relations of the proposed buildingand surrounding buildings, roads, underground pipeline etc.) and request for utilization(structure during the construction sites and Loading requirements). The author supportdesign optimization and forcing deformation stability analysis of the pit.And analysescauses of the hole collapse phenomenon in construction,and prove the applicability oflong spiral drill hole method in this project,and put forward to set curtain in Beijing areain cobble stratum.Then uses the FLAC3Dsimulate the foundation pit of the Kailai Hotel.The distribution and the law of development of unbalanced forces on the model, soilstress and displacement, the moment and displacement of pile, the axial force of anchor were analyzed.Finally using the numerical simulation method, the author research cause offoundation pit deformation and deformation of the surrounding soil which is complexenvironment。And compared with the measured value, the analysis results showed thatthe FLAC3D used to guide engineering design and construction, which is a kind ofgood assistant method in the construction of the informatization.
