Research On Strategies And Methods Of Rural Settlements Construction From The Perspective Of Cultural Anthropology

Since the reform and opening up, our country’s rural construction has developed more than30years. It has made great achievements, but also brought some problems at the same time. The external strong force and the spontaneous internal force both lead to the one-sidedness, formalization and the ineffectiveness of developing goals. In the final analysis, these problems arise from the existence of binary segmentation relationship between the internal and external forces and the lack of the effective communication and interaction. The theory and method of cultural anthropology are the effective tools to solve and study on the binary state.By studying on the cultural relativism, cultural holism and the culture developing theory of cultural anthropology, as well as the present research, advantages perspective, system and interactive perspective, this paper establishes a three-level strategic system which contains "culture state", space state" and practice adjustment. The rural construction of software, hardware and specific practice realize the benign interaction and cooperation between the internal and external forces. The process of "space state" construction is based on the cultural development. It expand to four stages:identification and preparation, design and implementation, assessment and adjustment, and follow-up development stage, which make the rural culture construction of internal and external interaction accommodated with the objective law of interactive evolution. In the part of design and implementation, trying to individually make hierarchical planning adjustment with the macro, medium and micro rural settlements. Interpreting the natural ecological construction, rural community relations and individual differences relationship from the three dimensions, and put forward the corresponding construction strategies and methods, and taking the practice of ZunYi HuaRun hope town as an example to demonstrate.This research tries to explore the country system especially its common characteristics, rules and significance from the dynamic and diverse country, and rethink and adjust the ideas or measures of external people during the rural construction. Although the conclusion could be fragment or partial, leading to the thinking and promoting of the rural settlement from inside to outside is the essential purpose.
