The shortage of fossil energy will become to a choke point of social development, so the energy structure must be changed in the future. Solar energy has been recongnized as a clean, environmental protection and sustainable energy, huaman has paid more attention to the solar energy. In this thesis, based on the exsisting research achievement about solar CPV/T system, two kinds of transmissive solar CPV/T system have been designed: solid CPC PV/T/D system and cylindrical compound Fresnel CPV/T system, and an indepth study has been done about them.Based on the light path analysis about concentrator, the design method about solid CPC PV/T/D has been presented which include the parabolic equation derivation and determination method about critical angle of incidence. Optical simulation software is used to study the concentrating performance in different incidence angles and incidence points. Simulation results show that transmittance is 0 when the incidence angle is 0°, transmittance is 100 when the incidence angle is above 60°. An experimental study of transmittance under actual weather has been conducted. Experimental and simulation results match well and show that the lowest transmittance is only 32% at the test day, and appears when there is strong sunshine at noon; while in the morning and afternoon, the transmittance of cover material can reach 60%.The CFD software has been used to simulate the thermal characteristic about solid CPC PV/T/D system, and then the steady state experiment was taken in the room. Based on the steady experiment, o utdoor experiment was undertaken under the real sky. Test results shown that: when the transmittance is lower(10:00-14:00), PV efficiency and air heating power are higher. The biggest PV efficiency is 7% and it occurs at noon, at the same time, the air heating power is largest and can reach 55 W.Light tracing method has been used to analyze the transmissive Fresnel concentrator performance with three kinds of cross section: circular cross section, oval cross section and parabolic cross section. The maximum thickness l and minimum thickness d were determined by geometric calculation. Optical simulation software is used to compare the performance of three types concentrators. Tracking error sensitive and axial direction incidence angle influence were studied.Ttake into consideration various factors, circular cross section Fresnel concentrator was se lected in the end. The solar PV/T system was built base on circular cross section Fresnel concentrator.Take the gallium arsenide high concentrated battery as the receiver, experimental research about cylindrical compound Fresnel CPV/T system was undertaken under the real sky. Main parameters were tested such as the temperature distribution on receiver, electric energy and thermal energy outputs of CPV/T system, the rate of multipurpose utilization of electric and heat. The results show that maximum power generating efficiency is about 18% at noon, during this this time, cooling water heating power is about 150 W and maximum heat receive rate is about 50% at noon.
