China is one of the world’s most populous country, so its traffic problems can not be ignored. As China’s urbanization is in full swing, urban transport is one of the main factors to evaluate the degree of development of a city. The traditional ground transportations are by road, rail and light rail. Although these modes of transportation are still developing rapidly, they cannot meet the growing demand, and the development of the ground transportation will have impact on the existing buildings and the environment. But in comparison, the subway is a relatively new form of transport, which has a large room to research and develop. And it is one of underground construction, which can make full use of underground space. The development of underground space has an important significance to ease the traffic pressure, protect environment, prevent pollution, reduce earthquake or other disasters.It plays an important role in the expansion of space transportation network. And it is of significance to research today because every piece of land is of high cost.Freedom Parkway Subway Station is in the central region, the Freedom Road Station is located at the intersection People’s Avenue of Changchun City and Freedom Parkway, which is surrounded by many of the original buildings. The original underground pipelines are dense. During the construction period, the traffic flow is heavy. The construction of the metro station is the typical two-storey underground stations in Changchun, the main station is an arch straight wall which is two-span and two-storey structure, and the Freedom Road location is in the First Phase Project Changchun Metro, whose construction period is shorter. So this station is chosen for the study. In this context, the relevant literature is analyzed theoretically, combined with on-the-spot data and simulation data, on the basis of the relevant literature and existing research, by field measurement and simulation research, the research result can be obtained and applied to the actual project.In this paper, the specific work and the contents of the study are as follows:(1)On the basic of analysis and summary of the project situation, geology and the surrounding environment of the Freedom Road Station of Changchun No.1 subway line. The overall construction and deployment of the construction sequence and construction arrangements of the Freedom Road Station were introduced. According to the overall condition of the monitoring area, the development of the construction monitoring program is made and a source of risk is analyzed. The methods and produce for the data collection, data processing and data analysis are proposed. Based on previous research experience, drawing a scatter plot on the basic of existing data with a computer is proposed and the situation of the construction is analyzed according to the distribution of the scatter plot.(2) Freedom Road Station Duct CRD(Cross Diaphragm) numerical simulation of deformation of construction of the soil.Aim at the air flue of section, the Freedom Road Station of Changchun subway, which to confirm the method of excavation with CRD methods of Ten-Pilot tunnel.. The impact of the entire structure of the duct through the different stages is analyzed through the simulation result of different stages is proposed, and comparing with the simulation results, the important deformation stages throughout the construction process is identified. Combining with the actual project the paper solution. And by comparing with the simulation results of the two pilot tunnel excavation sequence programs, the most suitable excavation sequence under the environment is analyzed. The numerical simulation analysis with the actual monitoring data were compared and analyzed to prove the construction scheme through numerical simulation is feasible and that simulation method is feasible, and provide technical guidance for future practical engineering.(3) Research of the method for soil deformation of the PBA(Pile-Beam-Arc) which is the main structure of Freedom Road Station.Aim at the main structure of section, the Freedom Road Station, which to confirm the method of excavation with PBA of Changchun subway.Analyzed the bulk settling impact in different dig tunnal time phase, make the solution by find out the danger about critical process and soil mass deformation,and according the practical project comparing numerical simulation analysis with actual test data to proce numerical simulation analysis plan. That’s feasible solution, then provide the technical support the future of engineering.4) Research of the numerical simulation above the pipeline from the air flue of underground excavation its effects of Freedom Road Station.Acrossing the top of the duct for the Freedom Road Station by numerical simulation, inferred that do not reinforce the soil right below the pipeline in a construction. Its pipeline deformation values is coincide with the air flue which is above the soil deformation path, and the pipeline design beyond the deformation allowed values. Formulating a program of underground pipelines of the soil reinforcement by numerical simulation, to provide the activitied engineering meth and reference for the subsequent construction.
