The construction of subway station, Vertical Shaft & Connection Passage are important parts of the subway project. The influence of subway station, the interval shaft and connection passage construction on the surrounding environment are analyzed and summarized.1) The key point of construction monitoring and specific implementation measures of the main monitoring projects of excavation of metro station and is summarized. And take a subway station in Xiamen Metro Line 1 as an example, the deformation law of the surrounding rock and soil around the subway station and the stress and displacement of the supporting structure of the excavation are summarized from the point of view of construction site monitoring.2) The calculation theory and modeling method of GTS MIDAS plane strain element and beam element are introduced in this paper. The displacement of soil around the excavation and the force and displacement of retaining structure are analyzed and summarized. Through comparative analysis of the results of numerical calculation and field data, the feasibility and utility of MIDAS GTS 2D finite element analysis are explored.3) The key points and the concrete implementation methods of the construction site monitoring measurement of Vertical Shaft & Connection Passage Project are summarized. From the angle of field monitoring, the displacement of surrounding soil and the stress and deformation of supporting structure are analyzed and summarized under the condition of the most unfavorable conditions through the study of the shaft and the connection passage project of Xiamen Metro Line 1.4) The calculation theory of GTS MIDAS solid element is introduced. And taking a Vertical Shaft & Connection Passage project of Xiamen Metro Line 1 as an example, the method of GTS numerical modeling and result extraction for Vertical Shaft & Connection Passage project is described. The displacement distribution of the surrounding rock mass under the most unfavorable working conditions is summarized by comparing the calculated and measured values of the soil displacement under the most unfavorable conditions of the Vertical Shaft & Connection Passage.
