IM(Intelligent Manufacturing) has been researched by the industrial field, and its supporting technologies and related systems are in updating. Traditional IM mainly focus on the automatization of manufacturing process, the integration among different business system in one enterprise, flexible production lines, the agility of manufacturing service, and the collaboration in one tightly-coupled enterprise group. Because of loose-coupling feature among enterprises under Internet, there is a problem about dynamic on-demand collaboration mechanism of manufacturing service among self-organizing and decentralized enterprise group. In order to solve this issue, dissertation starts with the systematic research on the knowledge hierarchy of both IM and collaborative manufacturing from home and abroad, designs the system architecture, defines a series of related concepts, gives solutions. The dissertation analyzes and discusses four key derived questions such as manufacturing resources sharing, resources choosing, optimization and assignment, the access and authorization of federated service, the dynamic configuration of on-demand manufacturing service, the collaborative evolution and inheritance of manufacturing intelligence.First, from the perspective of technology and integration framework, the dissertation discusses the elements, architecture, modeling methods and evolution of CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System),discusses the basic definition, model, self-organizing features, collaborative methods, reinforcing learning mechanism and Genetic Algorithm of Intelligent Agent, then MAS(Multi Agent system),discusses SNS features among virtual and real manufacturing organizations, discusses the technical features of Agile Manufacturing and Flexible Manufacturing., discusses the development of cloud-manufacturing technologies and related thoughts, discusses the CPS framework, data standardization, dynamic configuration for production lines of German Industry 4.0.The dissertation compares the difference among various IM term.For the problem of manufacturing service collaboration under loose-coupling environment, the dissertation gives SCIM(SNS-Based Collaborative Intelligent Manufacturing System).By defining IMR(Intelligent Manufacturing Resource),TMSL(Total Manufacturing Service Lifecycle),VPL(Virtual production Line),dissertation constructs SCIM system architecture, defines two type of collaborative mode, E2E(Enterprise to Enterprise) and E2P(Enterprise to Person),describe two work status of E2 P,outsourcing status and production self-defining, then show collaborative scenarios on designing application, CAPP, virtual material service, MRO in SCIM system. The dissertation expands ESB(Enterprise Service Bus) to CMB(Collaborative Manufacturing Bus),and gives a way to fulfill it by the replication and updating of UDDI(Universal Description Discovery and Integration).Based on MSA(Micro service architecture, dissertation gives MMSU(Micro Manufacturing Service Unit) and analyzes its running mechanism and message mechanism, its integration with legacy system. Supposing MMSU running on digital manufacturing devices, dissertation gives DC-OS(Dual Channel-Onsite Service) in order to dynamically configure these devices like software workflow.In SCIM,Key collaborative links includes sharing manufacturing resources and services, optimized choosing resources and services, authorization of services, dynamic configuring of manufacturing service flow,and evolution and inheritance of manufacturing intelligence. According to these four aspects, dissertation researches related technology and give solution in Chapter four. Dissertation use open LDAP and JXTA protocol to fulfill the mechanism of P2P(Peer to Peer) LDAP service discovery and synchronization, researches the combination of CA and oAuth to fulfill the certification and authorization of federated manufacturing service cross trusted domain in SCIM, designs a structure of SNS-oriented manufacturing service flow engine, analyzes the engine’s interactive process, the mechanism of the engine driving MMSU agent, the mechanism of message between service flow node. At the end of Chapter four, dissertation apply Genetic Algorithm to IME manufacturing knowledge evolution among enterprises, defines the framework and functions of specific GA application hereby, discusses internal functions and model of processing manufacturing knowledge based on mixed semantic analysis and fuzzy reasoning.Due to the importance of selecting resources and service from various similar even same ones after finding them in SCIM, it is a key problem to optimize the process of selecting resources and service. Dissertation designs a model for virtual resource optimized choice by Multi-objective Programming and Simplex method, and describes the solving process. Dissertation builds a model of assigning production tasks on VPL after choosing recourses by the thought of solving Balanced Transportation Problem, then solving the model problem.Some research results are applied in an example to support an enterprise’s continuous IM project. The application shows results’ reasonability and feasibility of SCIM and relative resource sharing, service authorization, service dynamic configuration and evolution of manufacturing intelligence. However, it is necessary and the next step for author to deepen research on SCIM and four kernel mechanism’s adaptability to complex SNS, research on leasing mechanism of resources, services and applications, research on protecting privacy of resources and services, research on the complete implementation of digital manufacturing devices based on DC-OS.
