Based on the in-depth study of A company's production system optimization project based on intelligent manufacturing,this paper fully expounds that the intelligent manufacturing system will be of great help to the improvement of the enterprise's production and management ability.First of all,through data analysis in this paper,the author found that A company has many problems in production and management,which will make the production and operation of A company fall into risks.First,the production plan changes lag behind the high.Second,the production line product switching time loss is high.Third,the quality of the production process is unstable.These problems are not exposed in the era of mass integrated production;However,in this new mode of production,which is characterized by a sharp increase in product categories and a sharp decrease in batches,these problems are highlighted,which severely restrict the production efficiency and product quality,and cause unnecessary waste of resources.However,it is difficult to solve these problems by optimizing the original production system and management methods.So,the project team proposed to design a new production system to solve these production and management problems.Then,through the study of intelligent manufacturing related theories,including intelligent manufacturing expert system,product life cycle theory,digital twin model,agile manufacturing,and through A company's production system demand hierarchy analysis to determine A set of intelligent manufacturing production system model in line with the status of A company.Then the overall design of the production system is carried out according to the intelligent manufacturing production system model.Solve the access system problems of enterprise layer,management layer,operation layer,control layer and field layer;In order to minimize the impact on production and management,the production system is designed on the basis of the original system to maximize the retention of the original system.After the completion of the overall design of the system,the author designs all parts of the production system,especially the parts that have A great impact on the production and management of company A,and redesigns or transforms them.In the production planning part,we added the real-time production planning management system,which takes minimizing the production cycle of the manufacturing workpiece as the strategy.In the manufacturing part,product identification is added to enable the equipment to automatically identify the processed parts and enable the corresponding procedures.The quality management part adds online monitoring and simulates the quality curve through big data to realize the function of real-time quality warning.Finally,A set of intelligent manufacturing system in line with the manufacturing and management status of company A is designed.After the system was put into operation,the project team obtained a series of relevant production data.After data comparison with the data obtained under the original production system,it is found that the intelligent manufacturing system largely solves the problems of A company in production planning management,manufacturing management and quality management.Therefore,it can be concluded that the intelligent manufacturing system is an effective method and approach to solve the production and management problems of company A under the current new production mode of sharp increase in product categories and sharp decrease in batch.
