| Especially for the long distance water supply engineering, because of long pipeline, complex geological conditions along terrain, large flow, a lot of hydraulic components, and high guarantee rate of water supply, the problem of the project operation safe is more important to the people of the scientific research, design, construction and operation management. The prevention of water hammer in the long distance water supply pipeline is one of the focus for the scientific researchers. The accidents still occur although many domestic and foreign researchers have done a lot of research work on the pipeline water hammer problems.Many designers and managers more interested in ‘whether there will be a water hammer phenomenon’, ‘whether or not reliability by using some protective measures after the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon’, ‘How to optimize the parameter design of protective equipment can make it economically feasible, convenient operation and management’. In order to solve the above problems, the people must study the water hammer phenomenon of water system and water hammer protective equipment. However, in all studies, it is important to carry the hydraulic simulation calculation. With the rapid development of computer technology and umerical calculationtheory, the general technical personnel have more hope to get better calculation accuracy of water hammer and more clearly describing the water hammer phenomenon, so we can make better water hammer prevention study.According to the above problems, the paper had made a lot of studies of hammer in the long distance water transmission pipeline including calculation theory, reliability theory, protective equipment parameter optimization analysis and risk forecasting theory and got the following conclusion:1ã€By researching the calculation method of water hammer, found that the traditional calculation method had some errors. The error sources mainly existed in two aspects. One was that water hammer calculation model had been simplified, and the other was that the coefficient of friction was often used to steady friction coefficient. This paper put forward the optimization of water hammer calculation method. The trial proved that the calculation accuracy of the maximum and minimum values could be increased 76% and 74% respectively, compared with the traditional water hammer calculation method by using the optimized water hammer calculation method.2ã€Based on the water hammer protection method reliability analysis of water supply piping system in long distance, the paper put forward the concept and definition of water hammer protection method reliability and reliability value, and the reliability analysis model of the water hammer protection method was established. Through the analysis of water hammer protection method reliability, the model was used to evaluate the capacity of water hammer protection method to complete the intended function.3ã€Through the study of water hammer protection equipment, the mathematical model of typical water hammer protection device was established. Based on the concept of reliability, the parameter optimization model of water hammer protection equipment typical was proposed. And chaos optimization technology was introduced to solve the optimization model. The results showed that, by optimizing the parameters of water hammer protection equipment, under the reliability principle, it could reduce the engineering cost and improve the operability of protective equipment.4ã€Through the study on water hammer damage risk forecasting in the long distance water supply pipeline system, the new method of predicting the risk of water hammer damage degree in different nodes was proposed, using the theory of extension engineering. The way was very good to predict the risk degree of a node in the water supply pipeline system. |
