With the rapid development of social economy and tecnobgy, the market of high-speed train in China is growing rapidly and intensively. The China Railway High speed (CRH) trains has come into service for the Chinese railway market, and traveling for risidents is becoming much more comfortable, efficient and convenient. However, the cirrent Chinese high-speed trains and its interior equipment design are relatively lagging, especially as an important facilities in high-speed train, the seat is the key factor directly related to the perceived satisfaction of ride comfort. Some domestic agencies contribute to the research and development of seat in high speed tram, but virtually lead to no breakthrough. The design of existing products is still on a low level, lack of in-depth analysis and style characteristics, lower the design quality of seats in domestic high-speed train, and not highly targeted. The current design system mainly relies on the German ICE, Japanese Shinkansen and French Alstom and other imported technology. In addition, the innovation to the design of seats in high-speed train, depends on both of subjective and objective dimensions, and the characteristics and ride comfortable are also supposed to be considered. As a result, the research of comfort factors to the seats in high-speed train, is much important to improve the satisfaction from passengers, and the specialized innovation and development according to our own environment, which can make the detailed design of the seat in high-speed train in accordance with the specific characteristics, and also meet the multi-level passengers’demands. The main research is taken on the multidimensional comfort of the seats in high-speed train within this scenario, based on the main characteristics and design theory from home and abroad, approaches to seek comprehensive judgement factors and optimization improvement strategy. The research have mainly completed the following contents:(1) Frstly, the theory of product characteristics analysis, selection of main feature of seats in high speed train are concluded, and the study on the eye tracking experiment, combined with the subjective scale method, comprehensive subjective comfort evaluation system are also involved in the work. Secondly, excellent sample characteristics from foreign seats are extracted, and the seat appearance characteristics of view-dependent contour areseclected contributed to shape the sample characteristics, image semantic the sample characteristics for the perceptual image evaluation are used to build a perceptual image evaluation.(2) Product genetic factor analysis method is taken considered to construct the fine fusion characteristics.Research on the constraint relationship, between evolution from different modelling characteristics and multi-dimensional characteristics, and finally to set up the system of feature inheritance and reconstruction, approach to the implementation solution of innovative design to the features of seats in high speed train.(3) Based on the theory of ergonomics and human physiological factors, the human body skeleton and pressure distribution points while static seating are discussed, and to build a effective research methods to body pressure distribution within static pressure situation, take a analysis of the relationship between pressure distribution and the influence factors to ride comfort, Complete the human body physiological data and 3d-creating work, hips into CATIA analysis, and process the position relationship to three-dimensional seat and human body model.(4) Simulation test:The standard simplified human hip model is built, and the target seat cushion simulation model is selected, to establish an effective body pressure distribution using the finite element analysis method, the optimization of related parameters, analysis of cushions sat static pressure distribution, as well as the distrfcution of pressure value are considered, research on the different forms, materials contributed to pressure comfort in the static enviroment.(5) Validation experiments:using TEKSCAN pressure testing technology, the target seat cushion is taken a pressure test, pressure distribution and the distribution value are anarysised, Combined with the simulation results of data analysis, verification results, to seek the analysis and evaluation methods during the design process and find reasonable ways to improve the design efficiency.(6) A high efficient and reasonable seat comfort evaluation method is built, and a strategy for guiding research to effective solutions is operated.
