Energy is becoming one of the bottleneck of restricting economic and social development. Inrecent years, with the crude oil prices rising and global environmental and climate changes, research and development of renewable energy to gradually replace fossil energy is gettingconsiderable attention of the governments and scholars all over the world, especially bioenergycan be converted into gas, liquid and solid three forms of fuels with two-way clean effect. In thispaper, on the basis of summarizing the research and development in bioenergy at home and abroad, and China’s biomass to biofuels status, biomass to biofuel theoretical framework has been built.Secondly, considering types and characteristics of biomass materials, advantages anddisadvantages and application scope of different technologies, the advanced technology forbiomass transformation has been seleced. The most promising technique was designed optimizingthe overall train of thought, research plan. The path of optimization techniques and specificparameters was given through the experimental study method in order to provide a technicalguidance for China’s biomass energy conversion and industrialization. Thirdly, according to thecharacteristics of biomass energy, the energy economics, environment economics and managementscience, comprehensive evaluation index of bioenergy conversion was setup, and the positiveexternality of biomass energy conversion is introduced into the evaluation index, which fused withASPEN Plus model to construct comprehensive evaluation model of biomass conversion, thencarrying on the simulation analysis. That should provide economic analysis theory and model forbiomass energy industry development in our country. Finally, based on the systematic analysis ofthe factors affecting the spatial distribution, improved mixed integer programming model, theagricultural cellulosic biomass energy conversion site selection model was constructed to providetheoretical guidance on industrialization of biomass energy distribution and site selection inChina..
