Forest ecological system is mainly embodied in the study of forest biomass, as the most basic quantity character of the forest ecological system, forest biomass shows the level of forest management and development and utilization value, and reflect the complex relationships between forest and environment in the material circulation and energy flow. Pinus yunnanensis is an important part of forest vegetation in Panzhihua, which plays a very important role in maintaining regional carbon balance.This thesis is according to the Pan Zhihua City 2012 second class forest resource’s survey data and the model fitting and model optimization to obtain the optimal biomass model, then after the biomass is linear regression, Kriging interpolation method for Panzhihua City, Pinus yunnanensis biomass spatial distribution map is acquired.(1)Using the measured biomass data, to D or D2H as independent variables, the plant ofPinus yunnanensis biomass as the dependent variables to establish the linear regression model, polynomial model, power function model, exponential model, by comparing the selection of residual sum of squares and (RSS) and minimum residual standard deviation (s) and minimum phase number relationship (R2) and residual variance (MRS) the minimum curve fitting as the optimal curve fitting equation equations for Y=0.118 ×D2’3262. Model predictions with measured values between the overall relative error (RS) for 8.86%, the average relative error (E) 7.77%, and the prediction precision 96.36%(P) meet the precision requirements which are calculated by using the test samples.(2)The biomass of and tree height D in Pinus H was the independent variable, and the biomass was two regression equation:Y=-7076.04+429.072×H+377.071×D. The correlation coefficient of the equation was R2=0.928, which shows the fitting degree was good. F test and regression coefficient T test are carried out for the equation, and the F.Sig=0.000<0.1, Sig=0.000<0.1, shows that the main components have a significant effect on the equation.According to the data of sample biomass using geostatistical Kriging interpolation method, using ARCGIS software interpolation to obtain the Pan Zhihua City, Pinus yunnanensis biomass spatial distribution map. In this paper, based on the comparison of three kind of variation function model:Gaussian model, exponential model and spherical model interpolation results. By comparing the cross validation coefficient, use the standard average value closest to 0, the average values of the error minimum, average standard deviation the biggest, and the normalized root mean square error closest to 1, the Gaussian function model of ordinary Kriging and co Kriging exponential model can obtain more true of Panzhihua city’sPinus yunnanensisspatial distribution map. From the interpolation of Pinus yunnanensis biomass spatial distribution map, we can see that biomass is higher in the north and lower in southeastern, there is no Yunnan pine distribution in middle construction area and the rest of the distribution is uniform.
