Leymus chinensis also known as alkali grass was a broad ecological amplitude of perennial grass root type which has developed rhizomes. It was one of the important building group in east of Eurasia savanes meadow steppe and arid grasslands, which the distribution center in China was northeastern songnen plain and eastern Inner Mongolia. It has the very high feeding value because of its strong environment adaptiveness such as drought-enduring, cold-resistant and salinity tolerance. At the same time, in a growing season it can provide green fodder in a long time because its early spring grassland green period and late autumn withered yellow phase. Therefore, L. chinensis has the important status and value in natural grassland and artificial grassland construction.This experimental study on L.chinensis in songnen artificial grass as the research target, three years life L.chinensis was used as the experimental material. Different concentration ratio of ABA and BR were sprayed on L. chinensis artificial grass in the spring of L.chinensis green period. In different growing season of L. chinensis. physiological changes of L. chinensis such as growth and quality, photosynthetic physiological characteristics, the content of endogenous phytohormones and antioxidant enzyme activities were measured respectively. Growth parameters such as population density, height, fresh weight, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width were measured to measure the growth characteristics, quality of L. chinensis was judged through the contention changes of neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and crude protein (CP).In the photosynthetic physiological characteristics. diurnal change of photosynthetic rate, light response curves. CO2response curve and chlorophyll fluorescence of L. chinensis were measured to measure its photosynthetic characteristic changes. In antioxidant enzyme activity changes of L. chinensis. measure the changes of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and other content changes. In this article, through the determination of the above parameters, discussed the effects of applied plant hormones on growing development, photosynthetic characteristics and the influence of antioxidant enzyme and endogenous hormone activity, applied plant hormone on the growth of L. chinensis characteristic and the influence of the population were analyzed and reveals the exogenous plant hormone on the growth, effect of physiological metabolism and function mechanism of L. chinensis. Provide theoretical basis for cultivation of L.chinensis management, artificial grass in L. chinensis widespread application of plant hormone to improve physiological ecology characteristics and the quality of L.chinensis.Experimental results showed that spraying different concentration ratio of L. chinensis in artificial grass plant hormones,0.01mmol·L-1ABA and2.00×10-4mmol·L-1BR respectively, photosynthetic physiological parameters of the plant were slightly dampened by ABA treatment, but its ability to withstand adversity was increased; BR treatment promote the growth of plants and photosynthetic rate. Mixed with the BR proportion in different concentration ABA treatment are better than the effect of ABA and BR treatment effect respectively, it can increased the physiological effects of ABA and BR treatment respectively.0.01mmol·L-1ABA+2.00×10-4mmol·L-1BR has the best result, population density, height, biomass of L. chinensis and neutral detergent fiber, alkali washing fiber and protein content were significantly improved. Leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency, maximum net photosynthetic rate, saturated light intensity under the net photosynthetic rate, respiration rate, maximum RUBP carboxylation efficiency, maximum electron transport, the biggest triose phosphate utilization efficiency and optical system Ⅱ electron transfer were significantly improved under composite hormone treatment, but light compensation point and light saturation point was reduced. And chlorophyll fluorescence parameters indicated that composite hormone treatment reduces the inhibiting effect of light, strengthened the ability of L. chinensis against adverse environment. All in all, photosynthetic capacity and CO2assimilation efficiency of L. chinensis were increased under composite hormone treatment. Applied plant hormones also changed plant endogenous hormone levels and the balance of endogenous hormones to regulation of physiological metabolic process of L. chinensis better. With the use of plant hormones, the resistance of L. chinensis was increased, characterized by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the accumulation of soluble protein.In this study, the plant growth regulators were applicationed in Leymus chinensis artificial grassland, combined the hormones regulation (Chemical Control Technology) with conventional farming organically, increased its yield and improved its quality, provided the theoretical basis for the use of artificial grassland in the greater degree of potential. Revealed the mechanism and law of physiology of plant growth regulators in Leymus chinensis artificial grassland, provided the theory basis of physiological ecology for restoration of degraded in Leymus chinensis artificial grassland.Put forward a set of optimum hormone proportion formula used to guide the production practical, improved the theory of restoration ecology and grassland ecology, had the theory and practical significance for achieving the strategic goal of artificial grassland sustainable development.
