Leymus chinensis(Trin.)is a perennial grass with a wide distribution,strong adaptability and high nutritional value.It is of great significance for the development of animal husbandry and the restoration of grassland productivity.Compared with traditional fertilizers,foliar fertilizer is one of the effective ways to significantly improve fertilizer efficiency,and the use of different plant growth regulators may also produce unexpected effects.Brassinolide(BR),Compound sodium nitrophenolate(CSN)and Forchlorfenuron(CPPU)are three biologically active plant growth regulators that promote plant growth and development.In this experiment,the above three plant growth regulators were combined with NPK foliar nutrition to spray L.chinensis for study the effects on the growth and physiological characteristics of L.chinensis,and the best ratio scheme was selected.Its physiological mechanism provides a certain theoretical basis for the production practice of L.chinensis.The main results were as follows:1.Effects of Compound sodium nitrophenolate +forchlorfenuron and NPK foliar nutrition on the growth and physiological characteristics of L.chinensisAfter treatment with CSN+CPPU combined NPK as foliar nutrition,the fresh weight,dry weight,photosynthetic pigment,soluble sugar,soluble protein,free aminoacid content,N content,K content,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and glutathione reductase(GR)activities of plants had different degrees of improvement than CK(spray distilled water).Among treatments T3(urea3%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2%,compound sodium nitrophenolate 10 mg/L +forchlorfenuron 0.5 mg/L)had the best effect,and there was a significant difference compared with the control.However,the plant height of L.chinensis was not significantly different from that of CK,and the P content of plants was reduced to some extent compared with CK.In summary,the combination of CSN+CPPU and NPK foliar nutrition can effectively promote the growth of L.chinensis and improve the quality and yield of L.chinensis.T3 treatment is the best solution among 10 treatments,namely,urea concentration is 3%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration is 2%,and sodium nitrophenolate 10 mg/L + forchlorfenuron 0.5 mg/L.2.Effects of BR and NPK foliar nutrition on the growth and physiological characteristics of L.chinensisThe results of this experiment showed that the appropriate concentration of BR and NPK foliar nutrition on the plant height,dry weight,photosynthetic pigment and osmotic adjustment substance of L.chinensis were increased to different extents.After analysis,BR is the main factor affecting the plant height,free amino acid content and K of L.chinensis.Urea is the main factor affecting the dry weight,photosynthetic pigment,soluble sugar,soluble protein content,N content and nitrate reductase(NR)activity of L.chinensis.Potassium is the main factor affecting the activity of roots,P content,acid phosphatase(ACP)and malate dehydrogenase(MDH)activities of L.chinensis.From the analysis of morphological indicators,choose BR 0.1mg / L,urea1%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5% or 1%;from the photosynthetic pigment content analysis,select the best level of each factor is urea 0% or 1% or 2%,BR0.01mg/L or 0.1mg/L,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0% or 0.5% or 1%;from the analysis of osmotic adjustment substances,the optimal level of each factor is selected as urea 2%,BR 1mg/L,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0% or 1%;from the accumulation of NPK,choose 1% or 2% urea,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1% or2%,BR 1 mg / L;NR,ACP and MDH activity analysis,select urea 2%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1%,BR 1mg / L.The results of comprehensive analysis showed that BR combined NPK foliar nutrition could effectively promote the growth of L.chinensis and increase its yieldand quality,and had the synergistic effect to L.chinensis.Orthogonal results analysis,the optimal concentration ratio of each index was selected as urea 1%~2%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1%,BR 0.1mg/L~1 mg/L.
