Soil animal is the important component in soil ecosystem, which plays animportant role in decomposition of organism residues, improvement of soilenvironment and promotion of substantial and energy cycle. The relationship betweensoil animal community and soil environment is closed. The composition and structuralof soil animal community is very sensitive to the changes of the environment. Studyon soil animal community structure can provide scientific basis on improvement ofagricultural ecological environment and optimization the agricultural productionmanagement.In this study, typical farmland ecosystem in the Songnen Plain Area were chosenas the research objects. The response in different management and use of farmlandecological system was analyzed from the aspects of constitute structure, spatialstructure, time structure and nutrition structure of soil animal basing the combinedmethods of field investigation, field experiment and indoor analysis test.The results showed that the community of soil animal in different used farmlandecosystem had significant differences. The soil animal individual and group number offarmland protection forest was the highest while that of paddy field was the lowest.The surface accumulation of soil animal in vegetable land was low due to intensivehuman disturbance. The community similarity indices between paddy fields and otherkind land was lower than others. The variance analysis shows that the different use ofagriculture ecosystem was an important factor leading the difference of soil animalcommunity. The nutrition structure of soil animal community in protection forest wereanalyzed using stable nitrogen isotopes. The δ15N value of macro soil animal hasobvious correlation with that of soil, fine root and leaf litter in the three protectionforests, while has no relevance with total nitrogen. The tropic level of same kind ofmacro soil animal was different in different plots.The macro soil animal community structure has no obvious difference underdifferent fertilizer treatment while the individual and species of the meso has closerelationship with the fertilizer concentration. The soil animal vertical distribution did not change its surface aggregation characteristics because of fertilizer applied.Especially the meso soil animal surface accumulation is very obvious. The soil animalcommunity differs obviously in different survey time. The low concentrations of theherbicides and pesticides did not make the macro soil animal communities change, butmake the individual and group of meso soil animal decrease. The individual number ofmeso soil animal has obvious negative correlation with2,4-D butyl ester. The verticalstructure of surface accumulation does not change because of low concentration ofpesticide.
