The study adopted the method of field trials and lab test. Freezing injury mainlyaffected4kinds of Rhodiola through different transplanting stage about active ing-redients. Rhodiola overwintering and the effects of root growth characteristics wereaffected of seed cultivated time. The physiology biochemical indexed determination,comprehensive evaluation of Rhodiola hardiness. Exogenous substances such asSalicylic acid and Brassinolide were sprayed on the Rhodiola seeding under lowtemperature stress. The aim was to explore the regular of Rhodiola grow in Tibetanplateau where is cold and high altitude. Introduction, domestication and agronomicmeasures of Rhodiola provide theoretical basis for the construction of Rhodiola GAPbase construction. The main results of this study are:1. When different kinds of Rhodiola as transplanting time delayed, the lowersurvival rate was low. The sooner transplanting time of Rhodiola, the higher yield was.During the same transplanting period of different kinds of Rhodiola, Rhodiolafastigiata and Rhodiola crenulata survival rate were the highest, the yield were alsohigh. Meanwhile, the active ingredient of Rhodiola showed Rhodiola glucosidecontent, Rhodiola polysaccharide content, butyl alcohol content, SOD activity, PODactivity of Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola crenulata were higher than Rhodiolaalgida and Rhodiola kirilowii. under freezing injury. When the freezing injuryhappened during three states of four kinds of Rhodiola, Rhodiola polysaccharidecontent, butyl alcohol content, SOD activity, POD activity were the highest level ofwhich transplanted on April20.Although the same kind of Rhodiola whichtransplanted on different time, the plant growth process was different. When thetransplanting period delayed, its growth development period was shorter. The degreeof freezing injury was more serious. The main medicinal component content andantioxidant enzyme activity of Rhodiola root was lower. The same transplantingperiod of different Rhodiola, The survival rate of sprouted green order was Rhodiolafastigiata> Rhodiola crenulata> Rhodiola algida> Rhodiola kirilowii (Regel)Maxim. The production’s order was Rhodiola fastigiata> Rhodiola crenulata>Rhodiola algida> Rhodiola kirilowii (Regel) Maxim. From the yield and freezingresistance, we drew the conclusion that the Rhodiola best transplanting time was onApril20.The best varieties were Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola crenulata. Theycould easily survive. If we want to plant the Rhodiola in the low altitude, they all can be chosen.2. The study showed that it was a long time to plant Rhodiola. It could livethrough the safe wintering if the Rhodiola plant from April to July. It showed fourkinds of Rhodiolas had wide seeding time of the ecological adaptability. May12wasthe best seeding time of four kinds of Rhodiolas which could live through the safewintering. It was worse to live through the safe wintering for which seeded on July3.It grew better for which seeded earlier. It displayed the main root was longer. Theroot diameter was wider. The fresh weight was heavier. The stem, leaf and root freshweight were heavier. The order of different kind of Rhodiola which seed on the sametime of main root length, root thick, the stems,leaf, root fresh weight and root freshweight was Rhodiola kirilowii.<Rheidol algida<Rheidol crenulata <Rhodiolafastigiata. Rhodiola foot turn thinner of different seeding time during they grow inwinter. When they turn green, foot grow faster for which seed later. It showedRhodiola could grow fast and turn thick with breeding later. Along with sowing seedstime postpone, Rhodiola glucoside content, Rheidol polysaccharide content, Rheidolbutyl alcohol content presents the digression tendency on different breeding time. Itwas not only highest production but also each effective component content washighest on April14was also highest on different breeding time. It was the lowestwhich breed on July3.So their suitable sowing times of Rhodiola were at April earlyand May early.3.After comprehensive analyzing and evaluating nine physiological andbiochemical on influence cold resistance of Rhodiola, The results showed that theorder of chilling resistance of four Rhodiola were Rhodiola fastigiata>Rhodiolacrenulata>Rhodiola algida>Rhodiola kirilowii. The order of nine physiologicalbiochemistry targets on influence cold resistance of Rhodiola was SOD activitycontent>POD activity content>MDA contents>CAT activity content>Pro contents>solubility protein>chlorophyll contents> electrical conductance>free water/boundwater.4. Under low temperature stress, exogenous substances BR and SA could beincreased Oxidation resistance enzyme activity, Oxidation resistance material contentand seepage adjustment material content, reduced the membrane fat per oxidationproduct MDA production, reduced the membrane potential, and enhanced chlorophyllmembrane Ca2+-ATP enzyme, Mg2+-ATP active. Reduced the cell membrane the damage, enhanced the Narrow leaf characteristics of Rhodiola seedling to bear thelow temperature stress ability, enhanced the cold stress most the exogenous substancesBR suitable density was from0.1mg.L-1to0.3mg.L-1.Used SA suitable density was0.3mg.L-1.Suggesting to use from0.1mg.L-1to0.3mg.L-1BR or0.33mg.L-1SAduring Rhodiola growth period in October early, enhanced effectively Rhodiola thecold stress ability, lived through the safe wintering and increased output.5. When low temperature stress recovered, spraying BR with0.3mg.L-1, SAand BR with (0.3mg.L-1+0.3mg.L-1), distilled water as check during Rhodiolareproductive growth stage of budding, coated with strong. The results showed thatRhodiola kirilowii.grew slowly after it was sprayed by instilled water, whenRhodiola kirilowii. entered the reproductive growth stage of its vegetative. Theresult showed the plant growth slowly, plant height, stem diameter, stem leaf freshweight increased slower. The underground rhizome growth, bold, fresh weight,Rhodiola glucoside content, Rheidol polysaccharide content and Rheidol butylalcohol content exogenous substances increased. When sprayed the above indicatorsappeared, it increased significantly. Production has been significantly improved. Withmix of SA(0.3mg.L-1) and BR(0.3mg.L-1)spraying production effect,and SA (0.3mg.L-1) in the second.
