Also it can provide important reference for evaluating the ecological conservation and rational development and utilization of resources.The study area based on the area of ten Kong Dui, comprehensive control project is evaluated. The evaluation study Including two project, one is bed-building silt to soil quality evaluation; the other is artificial afforestation as the main measures of the ecological environment effect. Soil quality evaluation is a male WuSu bed-building silt ground engineering as the research object, using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method and the improved mutation progression method of bed-building silt to evaluate soil quality, the implementation of the project is studied in the case of soil improvement, and combined with the geographic information system hierarchy of the improved soil quality. Ecological environment effect evaluation is based on the concept of DPSIR framework model, respectively, set up a small watershed scales (77.7-258.9 km2) and mesoscale (2589 km2~25890 km2) under the ecological environment effect index evaluation system, build the different models and studied with the aid of remote sensing and geographic information system of afforestation project (three north shelter forest, returning farmland to forest, etc.) of the dynamic process of ecological environmental impact assessment. The main achievements and conclusions are as follows:1.The Bed-building silt ground engineering on the sand to ten Kong Dui areas improved soil quality evaluation research. Improved mutation progression method compared with the traditional method, has the following advantages:only need to determine the importance of every index, reduce the problem of human subjectivity; A small amount of calculation and convenient for application; Application model is relatively simple.For soil after many years of bed-building to the ground through field soil collection and analysis of soil samples, laboratory test, and established the male WuSu using geographic information system spatial database of soil quality. The trend of economy is linearly increasing and social breakdown basic remain unchanged from the perspective of ecological environment, economy and society system.The evaluation of DPSIR-GRA model result:were that driving force points, pressure breakdown, influence breakdown, all showed a trend of fluctuations in development, late increase obviously. The State of sustained is growing, itemized response associated with engineering measures of the implementation of the area, at the beginning and the end of the project is lower and the middle increasing year by year. Ecological environment component showed a trend of fluctuations in development, but the fluctuation is not obvious, the ecological environment of value is higher than social breakdown and economic breakdown, increasing trend item of economic value.
