Dongguan City annually slaughter consumption pigs of 4,000,000, with the urbanization process, Dongguan local pig breeding constantly shrinking,90% of the city’s pig to rely on the supply of other provinces and cities. However, the pig frequent, unplanned process of long-distance transport, there are many loopholes in the supervision of epidemic prevention and quarantine, meat quality and safety to the city of Dongguan bring some hidden dangers. At present, at home and abroad for agricultural products quality and safety tend to information management, RFID (radio frequency) technology has matured and is widely used in the food safety traceability. Use of RFID agricultural identification technology, agricultural production marketing the full digital monitoring agricultural production to various aspects of the sale of information technology management can be realized on the problems of agricultural products of the track traceable to achieve, can effectively guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products, is the development of modern agriculture one of the trends.The purpose of the study is through the use of RFID technology, video surveillance and other information technology, the pig breeding, transport, slaughter and sale of supply chain data information for various aspects of collaborative on one platform, to maximize the use of information resources, from pig production, transport to slaughter and sale of various aspects of interoperability, strengthen supervision and management and improve the efficiency of animal health and epidemic prevention work to ensure the quality and safety of pork products consumption.The study includes:preliminary investigation pig breeding, transport, slaughter and sale of various aspects of the degree of digital information, clear the various aspects of what issues need to be addressed; Based on this study various aspects of the information collection, data processing and data docking,constructed of the digital control platform throughout pig raising, transport, slaughter, sales; pigs base for Dongguan and Dongguan dynamic supervision departments demonstration, assessment concluded that the effect of implementation.From 2008-2012, established full monitoring digital platform of security pig raising, transport, slaughter, off by studying, achieved the following results:1 Compare quality of animal products security retrospectively applied at home and abroad. From Guangdong Province, Dongguan City, the supply of live pigs status and national pig regulatory status, and domestic and international food safety and animal products retrospective analysis and comparison, summed up the practical needs of pig raising, transport, slaughter, off monitor the entire process digitized retrospectively.2. Construction of live pig all the monitoring platform. Analysis digital degree of live pig raising, transport, slaughter and off, design the entire digital platform framework of pig raising, transport, slaughter, off monitor, clearly links the monitoring point.3. Solve the problem of pig breeding transport and slaughter and sale of digital monitoring. Filter out the RIFD electronic tag as a farming and transport links information carrier to achieve cross-platform data transfer and exchange; developed slaughter and sale of part of the animal quarantine certificate e-card and the Council by letter, Dongguan City, meat quality and safety supervision information system "retroactive association points-two-dimensional code number (single number generated according to the Guangdong Province and livestock inspection certificate).4. Establish entire monitor digital system platform of pig raising, transport, slaughter, and off. Design a platform for monitoring processes, building a platform, the platform of the two sub-systems, animal health and quarantine supervision and management system and animal quarantine electronic tag management system, is responsible for the management of pig origin breeding, vaccination, quarantine, transport, slaughter and sales information to achieve full traceability of the quality and safety of live pigs from breeding to meat sales and queries.5 Gets the 2 software copyright (registration number:2008SR21629,2008SR21630), results of identification of the relevant outcomes Dongguan Science and Technology project.6. Research results widely used in Dongguan live pig base, including 234 breeding base of the 28 counties in 7 provinces, involving more than 5,000 pig farms, achieved good social and application effects.
