| Waterfowl,as a kind of poultry with large consumption,is mainly cultivated by specialized farming enterprises or farmers.Traditional aquaculture mainly adopts artificial feeding mode,which has low informationization level,no auxiliary automatic machinery for intelligent control,and can not record the information of the whole process of aquaculture,so it can not supervise the quality of aquaculture products.Consumers can not obtain the information of the source and breeding of aquaculture products when they buy aquaculture products in the market.The quality of the product is not assured.With the wide application of Internet of Things technology,intelligent waterfowl breeding base is constructed by using various sensors,network cameras,intelligent control equipment and other hardware to realize the collection and control of environmental factors in waterfowl breeding and automatic feeding.A traceability system for quality and safety of waterfowl products is established to realize intelligent control,environmental monitoring and information recording of waterfowl breeding base.To trace the origin of waterfowl products has become a hot research topic.This paper focuses on the construction of the traceability system for the quality and safety of waterfowl products.In combination with the actual situation of Jinyu Fengye Industry Co.,Ltd.in Qingyuan City,the Internet of Things(IOT)technology is used to build the terminal perception layer of the waterfowl breeding base through temperature and humidity sensors,illumination sensors,ammonia concentration detection sensors,water quality sensors,network cameras,terminal nodes and other hardware.The aquaculture environment was collected;the requirement analysis of waterfowl product quality and safety traceability system was carried out by using software engineering ideas and methods,and the users and functions of the system were described;on the basis of requirement analysis,the system architecture design,function design and database design were carried out;waterfowl was realized by combining Web application software development technology and database technology.Traceability system of product quality and safety.The functions of the system include: waterfowl information input,waterfowl growth information input,waterfowl quarantine information registration,aquaculture environment data collection and monitoring,waterfowl product traceability,etc.After testing,the system can collect real-time data of aquaculture environment of aquaculture base and control related equipment intelligently.It also meets the requirements of aquaculture personnel to record all kinds of information of aquaculture birds.It can effectively improve the scientific aquaculture quality of aquaculture products,and effectively strengthen the quality and safety monitoring of aquaculture products.Consumers can achieve production through the RFID foot rings worn by aquaculture birds.Trace to the origin of the product,so that consumers can eat reassuring waterfowl products. |
