With the development and application of information technology such as big data, the demand characteristics of research users present a new development trend. Library and other professional institutions of information resources construction and service are facing new opportunities and challenges. There exists three deficiencies in the depth correlation integration of information resource and knowledge service platform building and applications: first of all, the depth of resources associated integration is not enough and the resource type coverage is relatively narrow. Secondly, lack of a one-stop scenes sensitive service platform support. Thirdly, lack of reproducible and successful example which is specific domain oriented.This thesis treat agricultural scientific research users as respondent and agricultural professional information resources integration and construction of service platform as target to solve the problems mentioned above. Carry out research on the key technology and method of professional information resources integration and study to construct a "one-stop" knowledge service platform for scientific research users. At last carry out empirical research on food security domain.(1) Based on the methods of questionnaire and interview this thesis launched an investigation on resources and service demand of agricultural scientific research users and carried on in-depth analysis to understand the specific needs of users of agricultural scientific research resources and services.(2) Based on the analysis of agricultural resources system, this thesis design resources integration process and framework and discussed integrated application of key technologies of resources integration based on the classification of thesauri knowledge organization, scientific research ontology model of semantic association of the integration of technology and the associated data release and provide the reference for integrating and organization of agricultural information resources. Preliminary realized the organization and integration of multi-source heterogeneous agricultural comprehensive science and technology digital resources.(3) Designed the architecture of agricultural knowledge service platform, offered platform construction process,and explain the key technology of agricultural professional domain knowledge service platform. Through the subject classification indexing, entity extraction and specification, multidimensional association building this thesis implements the management and integration of multi-source heterogeneous resources. This thesis achieved the front-end service function such as uniform resource search, resources navigation, expert of academic information aggregation, knowledge related to show and academic trend analysis.(4) The research deployed applications in food security area as a case. Through domain-specific resources extraction developed a food and food safety special service platform and provided a one-stop resource retrieval and access for deep level knowledge service for food security research team. Preliminary established “online and off-line” comprehensive service mode, and won a good user feedback.The innovation points of this thesis embodied in the following aspects:(1) Comprehensive integrated application resource integration of key technologies which based on metadata, classification-subjection words list, scientific research ontology model, linked data, proposed a new technology and method of knowledge organization and integration of multi-source heterogeneous agricultural comprehensive science and technology digital resources, and provided technical support for the construction of agricultural science and technology data and knowledge network, which is rich in semantic correlation, and technique support for the unified search and knowledge discovery of all kinds of resources.(2) Proposed solutions of professional knowledge service platform which contains set of resources, technology and services in one, to achieve a unified discovery and reveal the depth of multi-source heterogeneous knowledge resources, and facing food security were proven to solve the different areas of expertise for the rapid deployment issues and application services, which is innovation practical of knowledge services.This thesis analyzed the resources and service demand of Agricultural professional field, conduct experiment on information resource integration and knowledge service platform construction analysis which has formed some views, methods, results and mentalities that has certain theoretical research value and practical guiding significance for information service of our country.
