Research On Jiangsu Agriculture Information Service System Construction And Application

Agricultural informatization is the foundation and the important part of national economy. To promote the informationization of the national economy, we must strengthen the construction of agricultural informationization, establish a perfect agricultural information service system is the basis and premise to accelerate agricultural informatization. The construction of agricultural information service system consists of the information service platform, the content, the information providers, the information objectors, the information service mechanism, and the support security system。These six parts have interaction and connection, and form an organic whole.Firstly the paper analyzes the development status of domestic and foreign agricultural information service system, summarizing the successful experience and development trends, to provide the reference for the construction of agricultural information service system in Jiangsu. Secondly, it analyzes the existing problems of Jiangsu agricultural information service system, and proposes the ideas and principles of the construction of agricultural information service system based on the government mechanism. By integratedly utilizing the computer network, streaming media, Internet of Things and database technology, they developed and promoted the provincially covered agricultural information service platform, which is characterized with supporting by the Jiangsu agricultural science and technology information resource database and "five-in-one" systems including the Jiangsu agricultural network stations, the "12316"3farming voice hotline telephone, the cell phone message platform, the remote diagnosis and training system, and finally the agriculture touching system comprehensive information service system. This project ever won the third provincial government agricultural promotion prize. This platform is well established and techinially advanced, and generally achieves the domestic leading level. It makes a new approach for the development of modern agriculture in Jiangsu agricultural information service. At the same time, the competent department of agriculture strengthens the agricultural information providers, improves the information service regulations guarantee system, fully integrates various types of agriculture-related information resources, and provides information services for the agricultural market and farmers. Finally, the author listed several suggestions for the future establishment of agricultural information service system in Jiangsu from the aspects of the innovation of agricultural informatization, agricultural information resources development, investment in agricultural information service subject construction, cultivation object of agricultural information demand.With the construction and application of agricultural information service system, Jiangsu agricultural information service system has made considerable progress in the service diversification, service content, service platform for comprehensive diversification, and the support security system construction. The coverage rate of agricultural information service in Jiangsu has increased to78%, and promoted the modernization of agriculture in Jiangsu.
