Chinese annual output of crops strawranksthe first in the world.The way to process strawis to set them in fire, which results in waste of resources and causes serious environmental pollution. At present, the bio-reactor technology using in straw treatment can not only improve the utilization of straw resources but also brought considerable economic.ecological and social benefits. This research adopts the contrast test to study anti-season tomatoesin different greenhouses with soil moisture content as irrigation control index. The law of water consumption, growth characteristics, and photosynthetic characteristics of tomato had been studied under the different conditionsof drip irrigation and straw bio-reactor arrangement.The study had also researched the effects of straw bio-reactor on growing environment and soil physical and chemical properties of anti-season tomato. By using the grey relational analysis the moisture sensitive period can be determined. The use of principal component analysis determines the suitable irrigation system of anti-season tomato under the different conditions of drip irrigation and straw bio-reactor arrangement.The benefits of the straw reactor technology used in greenhouse anti-season vegetable production are analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Growth and photosynthesis characteristics of greenhouse tomatoes under the condition of straw biological reactor and drip irrigationGrowth characteristics of tomatoes:(1) Straw biological reactor is good for the vegetative growth of crops at various growing stages with the average height and stem diameter of plants being increased by 5% and 8% respectively. (2) It plays a positive role in the improvement of tomato’s quality with soluble sugar content and organic acid content being increased by 18% and 13% respectively.Photosynthesis characteristics:The photosynthetic efficiency of plants is better when water content of soil is 60%θf to 80%θf and is good for the accumulation of dry matter, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of tomato with straw biological reactor can be increased by 8.4%,22.3% and 8.9% respectively.2. The effect of straw biological reactor on greenhouse tomato’s growing environment(1) Straw biological reactor plays a significant role in the increase of earth temperature and the supplement of topsoil’s heat, the soil temperature in plant’s root zone with straw biological reactor can be raised by 2℃ to 4℃.(2) Straw biological reactor plays a significant role in the increase of concentration of CO. in greenhouse, with the trend of a day being obvious drop in daytime and gradual rise at nigh, and the average increase of CO is 9%.3. Suitable irrigation parameters for greenhouse tomatoes under straw biological reactor and drip irrigationSuitable irrigation parameters for greenhouse tomatoes are established based on experimental data and the analysis of grey correlation degree and principal component.Water content of soil for tomato is 60% θf to 70%θf at seedling stage,70%θf to80%θf at blossoming and bearing fruits stage, and 70%θf to 80%θf at fruiting stage. Water consumption rate of tomato is 6mm d’1-2.2mm d’1 at seedling stage,2.6mm d-1~3.2mm d-1 at blossoming and bearing fruits stage, and 2.3mm d-1~2.8mm d-1 at fruiting stage.4. Cost-efficiency analysis of greenhouse tomato under straw biological reactor and drip irrigationStraw biological reactor can save the investment in chemical fertilizer, pesticides and farmyard manure by 2000yuan 667m-2,plays a significant role in the increase of yield (over 20%) and has a good ecological and economic benefit.This paper studied the growth, water consumption and photosynthesis characteristics and of greenhouse tomatoes under the condition of straw biological reactor and drip irrigation, as well as the effect of straw biological reactor on greenhouse tomato’s growing environment and the soil physical and chemical properties. Futherly, it determined the suitable irrigation parameters of anti-season tomato and evaluated the benefits of Two kinds of technology.The main innovation points are as follows:(1) Clarified about the change rule of anti-season tomato growth environment (ground temperature, CO2 concentration, soil physical and chemical properties) under the condition of straw biological reactor and drip irrigation,which provided a theoretical reference, for scientific management of greenhouse biological reactor technology.(2) Determine the intensity of water consumption and irrigation water parameters for anti-season tomato production with the straw biological reactor technology under the condition of drip irrigation in greenhouse, which provided the basis parameters for irrigation management of greenhouse anti-season tomato production.
