Tomatoes are important vegetable crops,in order to study the effects of different straw landfills on plant growth and soil environment,the "Paul tower" tomato was as an experimental material,opening ditch,burying a straw,ridging after 15 days.To explore the effect of different landfill methods on the facilities environment,soil temperature,environment and the growth and development of tomato plants.The results were as follows:1.The effect of different filling methods on the temperature and humidity of the solar greenhouse: The straw biological reactors have a certain effect on greenhouse temperature and humidity.Under two kinds of processing,the most significant effect of built-in straw biological reactor processing,respectively,compared with the air temperature increased by 0.93 to 0.93 ?,humidity lower 1.78 2.15% in greenhouse,tomato inter-row soil temperature could be increased by 2.45 to 3.69 ?,the highest air temperature is 21.55 ?under the built-in processing.2.The effect of different filling methods on photosynthesis of tomato plants in sunlight greenhouse,the straw biology reactor technology can increase the CO2 concentration in the greenhouse and boost the photosynthesis of tomatoes.The CO2 concentration of the internal straw reactor was increased by 36.3% compared with the control.The net photosynthesis rate of tomatoes is 12.6% higher than the external.The process of photosynthesis of tomato plants can be promoted by the internal straw reactor.3.The effect of different filling methods on the soil characteristics of the solar greenhouse: The straw reactor can improve the structure of the soil,and the built-in biological reactor lowers the pH and EC value of the soil.The content of organic matter was increased by 27 percent.The content of the instant nitrogen phosphate was 35.6%,35.9% and 21.8% respectively.The active ratio of urease and sucrose was 25.3% and 36.2% respectively.The number of fungi and actinomycetes was 2.03 times and 1.53 times.4.The effect of different filling methods on the growth of tomato plants in the solar greenhouse: The straw biological reactor gives the tomato blossom 2 to 5 days early,2 to 14 days before maturity.The plant's plant height,the thick stem and the number of leaves were higher than the others,which were 104.78 cm,1.23 cm and 15 respectively.The internal straw reactor can promote root growth,and the root length is 25.9% and 32.9%.The fruit,the number of ventricles,the fruit and the average of the fruit were 28.7%,23.1%,and 7.3%,20.3% and 6.1% respectively.5.The effect of different filling methods on the yield and quality of tomatoes in the solar greenhouse: The stalk reactor improves the quality of the fruit;the contents of the fruit Vc,free amino acid and soluble protein were highest in the plant,which was 1.93 mg/g,4.98 mg/kg and 1.35 mg/g respectively.Soluble sugars and lycopene were 1.5 times and 1.46 times respectively;the yield per mu was 4098.5 kg,an increase of 8.6%.After comprehensive analysis,add the appropriate proportion of straw,with built-in straw reactor,can promote the healthy growth of tomato,increase yield of tomato,and efficient cultivation for high yield of tomato has important guiding significance to the production.
