Collected886cases of patients according to diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria of myasthenia gravis.2. Designed clinical information collection questionnaire of myasthenia gravis, collected clinical information on patients with myasthenia gravis, filled out the questionnaire form. 3. established a database of myasthenia gravis disease, and preprocessed data.4. Statistical analysis of Solar Terms, symptoms, frequently used traditional Chinese medicine and other variables by using various statistic methods with SPSS19.0and SAS8.0, combining the drug use in TCM literatures and the microarray results, the basic pathogenesis process and treatment regularity of the myasthenia gravis was explored by the TCM Ontology and Function theory of Viscera.Results1.theroy analysisIn brief, Ontology corresponds to body and Function is the same as action.
