Retrospective study on200cases of information shows that40cases of Lighter MG inpatients never take glucocorticoid, just take Pyridostigmine Bromide and TCM,120cases of serious MG inpatients take Pyridostigmine Bromide and glucocorticoid,40cases of serious MG inpatients take Pyridostigmine Bromide-. glucocorticoid and immuno suppressivedrug.2. Retrospective study of results:(1) Curative effect of TCM combined with internal medicine:100%success rate, symptoms of all inpatients were improving and leave hospital.(2)200cases inpatients, frequency of Chinese medicinal herb were mainly one of Buzhongyiqitang, secondly were some especial Chinese medicinal herb of Guangdong for example Qianjinba and Niudali and so on, next were some tonifying kidney Chinese medicinal herb for example Duzhong and Shanyurou, this was quite up to standard of spleen and stomach diseases in our hospital Division.(3)200cases inpatients, scale of male and female was2.9:2.1, the attack peak age of female was21-60years-old, and male was31-70, this result was roughly accord with epidemiology.3. Initially formulated combination of TCM and Internal medicine in treatment of myasthenia gravis scheme optimize.ConclusionThat was not every inpatients need taking glucocorticoid and immuno suppressivedrug, with coordinate of TCM,a lot of lighter inpatients just need taking Pyridostigmine Bromide could improve symptoms. Under the guidance of Professor Deng tietao’s five Zang-organs theory, the formation of MG with combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment can improve the rate of successful rescue, significantly shorten the course of crisis, improving the major clinical symptom of MG, and significantly reduce the death rate, reduce the economic and psychological burden in patients with, have made a good clinical efficacy.
