Research On The Health Assessment Indicators System And Its Model For Servicemen

Objective:Based on health management and assessment analysis in developed countries andthe status of Chinese military forces as well as parts of the country, usage expertconsultation method establishment the comprehensive evaluation index system ofhealth status of PLA. Moreover, quantitative indicators and endowing with a value tothe index sign in the meantime. Then, with the information service quality theoriesresearch frame, to establish this model. Finally, a substantial evidence study isexecuted.Methods:After studying the literature review in this field and the domestic part of thehealth management content analysis, discussion with specialists of some healthmanagement section, this paper initially build a functions and qualiy assessmentdimensions and indicator sets of health evaluation based on public perspective. Byletter, e-mail, telephone, face to face presentation to the18experts with two rounds ofconsultation, experts from the health management, health service study, health servicemanagement, military personnel and other types of health service personnel, and thesubtropical high（inclusive）or more titles. Advisory mainly are: focus on the variousdimensions and indicators and the targets set are appropriate; the various dimensionsof indicators of the name is accurate; whether there are issues such as missingindicators; and to determine the weight distribution of the best option. Then, theevaluation index system at all levels of indicators of quantitative and assignment, andthe indicators and standardized collection methods. Based on the heath assessmentframework, the final score method to build an integrated evaluation model.Using stratified sampling method to apply the evaluation model of this researchas to study an Air Force academy students, trainees and Armed Police officers andsoldiers, in the meantime, investigation check the health of the health profile using(SF-36) were measured, to examine the consistency of the two results withSpearman-test.Results： With the2-round consultation, to build a set of covering physical fitness,physiology fitness, psychology condition and environmental adaptability evaluationindex system with4items and11indicators. Also with the2-round consultation todetermine the weight for all indicators, in which for4items and11indicators were0.26,0.27,0.24,0.23, and0.065,0.063,0.065,0.067,0.086,0.095,0.089,0.240,0.081,0.073and0.076. On this basis, to build a comprehensive score evaluationmodel.In the analysis of the characteristics of consultants found that the authority of thishigh level of expert advice, expert advice and good co-ordination, using expert advicemethod to build a health assessment comprehensive evaluation of medical informationservice system is a scientific and reasonable.The empirical study found that a comprehensive score for evaluation modelconstructed with the SF-36tables models, has good consistency in the present study.This comprehensive score evaluation model can be as a comprehensive evaluationmethod of Health Assessment for Servicemen.Conclusions：(1) On the guidance of the modern military concept of health, analysis the basiclaws of heath assessment and health factors of this special group of modern military.(2) Through the investigation of domestic and foreign health assessmentindicators, the model was set up.The comprehensive evaluation index of healthassessment consists of four items(physical fitness, physiology fitness, psychologycondition and environmental adaptability) and eleven indicators.(3) To establish the theory research platform for medical information servicequality of hospital websites, found a new model of Health Assessment for servicemen,too.(4) Empirical studies of the evaluation of the military academy students andtrainees found that the evaluation model used in this study and the tables SF-36method have best agreement, and demonstrated that the model has better scientificand practical.(5) Empirical studies have found that the military health assessment model forordinary soldiers scored significantly higher than the health check summary tables(SF-36), indicating that young adults as the main army military groups integratedbetter health conditions.(6) Discussing the results of the military health assessment gave effective countermeasures for military health assessment.
