In the field of medical and health, the equity and accessibility of healthcare resources have not been solved. On the global scale, the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious, and more and more patients with chronic diseases. In the face of a series of social and health problems,as a result of the development of the Internet and information technology, mobile helath can bring great value to the development of social and healthcare. However, mobile health are still in the early stages of development, the market is small and the public acceptance is low.In addition, there are still some problems, such as the inherent security and privacy issues, the quality of service and the lack of relevant legal issues. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on user acceptance model of mobile health service.[Purpose] Taking into account that users are both consumers and service recipients, users can enjoy the convenience of mobile health technology, and may face the risk of defects on service issues. In this paper,we construct the research model based on technology acceptance model and perceived risk theory, and discuss the effect of technical factors, risk factors and subjective and objective factors on the adoption intention of mobile health services.Among them, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were used to measure the positive impact of technical factors on the attitude and trust of users to adopt mobile medical services.Perceived risk related variables were used to measure the negative impact of risk factors on the attitude and trust.Subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were used to measure the impact of the subjective and objective factors on the attitude and trust. In addition, this paper also investigate the impact of user’s attitude and trust on the adoption intention of mobile health service. The results provide some reference value for the development of mobile medical services.[Methods] First of all, systematically sort out the research status and theory of domestic and foreign literature by documentary research method,on this basis, this paperputs forward the research hypothesis and research model, and carry out the questionnaire. Then, the sample data were obtained by questionnaire survey. Finally, through the empirical analysis of the survey data,we verify the path hypothesis and obtain the results.[Results] Through empirical research findings: trust, perceived usefulness, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and psychological risk significant effect the attitude of users towards mobile health services.Besides this, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, privacy risk, functional risk and time risk significant impact the trust of users towards mobile health services.Further, users’ positive attitude and trust toward mobile health service will promote the users’ adoption intention. In addition, attitude played a partial mediating role in the relationship between trust and behavior intention, subjective norm and behavior intention, perceived behavioral control and behavior intention.Besides, attitude further fully mediated the effect of perceived usefulness and psychological risk on user’s behavior intention.Trust partial mediated the effect of subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on user’s behavior intention. What’s more, trust played a full mediating role in the relationship between privacy risk and behavior intention.[Conclusions] In this paper, based on the theory of TAM and perceived risk, with the background of the development status and research status of mobile health, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and user acceptance model of mobile health service. In this paper,we confirm the influence of TAM theoretical variables and perceived risk related variables on user adoption of mobile health, and expand the application of TAM and perceived risk theory in the research of mobile health service user adoption. The research results can provide some valuable reference for scholars and the development of mobile health services.
