| Military pharmacy of Academy of Medical Sciences has been incorporated in phaseⅢconstruction plan of the project and related construction is under way. Combined with the militarypharmacy discipline construction plan of the academy, this research program has been selected.Achievement of the research,on the one hand,can provide theoretical guidance for the militarypharmacy discipline construction of the academy and guide the military pharmacy disciplineconstruction of the academy.On the other hand, it can be used as one of the results of the militarypharmacy discipline construction of the academy, according to the requirements of militaryconstruction as a key disciplines.The guiding idea of this research are to sort out basic research, find out standards, learn fromothers’ experience,and guide the construction.The study includes six chapters: ChapterⅠis theforword with an overview of research background, research purposes and research methods;ChapterⅡ discusses the concept and the meaning of military pharmacy discipline; ChapterⅢ dealswith military pharmacy discipline construction intelligence, revealing the foundation of the militarypharmacy discipline construction;Chapter IV is concerned with needs analysis for militarypharmacy discipline construction,focused on the study of the necessity of military pharmacydiscipline construction; Chapter Ⅴ proposes the strategy of military pharmacy disciplinesconstruction, on the existing foundation of disciplines construction, summarizes the disciplineconstruction standards, identifies the strengths and weaknesses, learning from the successfulexperience of military key disciplines construction, and outlines military discipline pharmacybuilding strategies; Chapter VI are the conclusions and discussion summarizing the mainconclusions of this study, Shortcomings and innovation.Using the method of literature research, the status quo,domestic and overseas,of the militarypharmacy discipline construction is reviewed, and the base of the military pharmacy disciplineconstruction is explored.With the method of intelligence research, thematic materials for themilitary key disciplines construction are collected,including relevant laws, documents and otherapplication materials on the military pharmacy discipline construction, the organization andleadership,construction standards and the construction contents are reviewed,and theoretical basisand guidance for the military pharmacy discipline construction of the academy are provided.Withthe method of case analysis,the military preventive medicine disciplines construction of the ThirdMilitary Medical University is summarized in terms of its construction content, building strategyas practical references for the military pharmacy discipline construction of the academy.Inaddition,through expert-consultation on discipline construction,the direction of disciplineconstruction direction,artificial scheme,supervision and management of the implementation of theprogram are clarified to ensure the quality of discipline construction. The concept and the meaning of military pharmacy discipline are defined with reference to theconcept and the meaning of disciplines, and those of pharmacy disciplines. The concept and themeaning of military pharmacy discipline come to light step by step.Military pharmacy disciplineintelligence research is based on the development of domestic and foreign military pharmacydisciplines,by revealing the base of the military pharmacy discipline construction.Demand analysisof military pharmacy disciplines construction starts with the study on the need of the modernmilitary,discipline development laws and the military graduate education. The necessity andurgency of the military pharmacy discipline construction is analyzed. The strategies of militarypharmacy disciplines construction,have put forward corresponding suggestions on organization andleadership, discipline construction standards, main construction contents, reference study anddegree construction. |
