Firstly, the article discussess the physiological function of spleen and kidney from the perspective of literature. Chronic renal failure is consumptive disease of Synopsis of Golden Chamber. Further discussion and Research on the deficient theory of Synopsis of Golden Chamber has important clinical significance in the prevention of chronic renal failure.Objective:In reference to the existing chronic renal failure model of rat, Observe impact on every index in rats of Adenine on the effect of different doses and different administration time. Clarify the evidences for the treatment of chronic renal failure from the theory of’reinforcing middle-energizer’to treat cosumption diseases from Synopsis of Golden Chamber, and to explore the reasonable dose and time.Methods:In the use of statistical software SPSS19.0rats were randomly divided into7groups (excluding death animal), blank control group, model control group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction for prevention and intervention in high dose group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction for prevention and intervention i n low dose group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction in high dose group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction in low dose group, Niaoduqing group. Model was reproduced in rats with chronic renal failure induced by adenine. All groups were intragastric corresponding built in Jianzhonglilao Decoction, physiological saline, Niaoduqing, to observe the different indexes of model rats of different doses of Jianzhonglilao Decoction and administered at different time on renal function, and Qing granules group, blank control group compared with uremic,to compare with Niaoduqing group, blank control group. Results:Jianzhonglilao Decoction can improve symptoms and signs of chronic renal failure rats caused by adenine, reduce urine protein of chronic renal failure rats of24hours, reduce urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the blood of rats of chronic renal failure, decrease rats blood lipid of chronic renal failure, improve hemoglobin of the chronic renal failure rats, improve elevated white blood cell count of chronic renal failure rats. There were significant differences compared with the model group.Conclusion:Jianzhonglilao Decoction can reduce24hours urine protein adnd Serum creatinine, improve renal function, delay chronic renal failure, reduce blood lipid of the chronic renal failure rats, improve the disorder of metabolism in chronic renal failure rats; improve the hemoglobin, anemia of chronic renal failure rats, delay the progression of chronic renal failure rats.
