Research On1035Cases Of Guizhi Decoction Based On Data-mining Techniques

Purpose:Through analyzing medical cases of Guizhi Decoction, the thesis aims to discuss the law of dose-effect relationship and influencing factor, in order to provide reference for further theoretical research and clinic application.Methodology:Consult medical cases of Guizhi Decoction from622kinds of medical cases books and150kinds of magazine. All the collected materials form the research object. The writer builds up a Microsoft EXCEL database to input, regularize and preprocess the data, and then use data-mining to analyze medical cases of Guizhi Decoction in main symptoms, prescription, dose, consultation, district and effect, so as to study the dose-effect law of Guizhi Decoction.Results:1. Among all the1035medical cases of Guizhi Decoction, there are180types of diseases, and the top five are cold, spontaneous sweating, exanthemata, internal injuries fever, and arthragia syndrome.2. There are452main symptoms, and the first five are chilliness, lassitude, spontaneous sweating,fever, anorexia.There are207types of pulse,and the first six are floating slow pulse, slow pulse, thin and weak pulse, floating pulse, thin pulse, thin and slow pulse.There are19kinds of tongue,and the first six are pale tongue,red tongue,fat tongue,scalloped tongue,tender tongue, dark tongue.47.80%of the tongue is slippery and greasy moss or moss.3. Among all the1035medical cases of Guizhi Decoction, peony is used in1007medical case, raw licorice is used in529medical case, honey-fried licorice is used in488medical case.Licorice is not used in18medical case, ginger is not used in37medical case, jujube is not used in85medical case. 4. Among all the medical cases of Guizhi Decoction, the modal number of herb medicine:cassia twig10g, peony10g, rot of peony12g, raw ginger lOg or3piece,rhizoma zingiberis6g, rhizoma zingiberis3g, jujube10g or5mei, licorice6g.5. Among all the medical cases of Guizhi Decoction, there are289adding medicines, altogether2621times, and the most frequent three are tonifying-deficiency medicines, relieving-exterior medicines and clearing-heat medicines.And the top three of adding medicines are hoantchy root (181times),ligusticum (144times), ledebouriella (141times), large-headed atractylodes (137times), codonopsis pilosula (128times). The modal number of above herb medicine:hoantchy root15g, ligusticum10g, ledebouriella10g, atractylodes10g, codonopsis pilosulal5g.6. Statistical results show that the correlation of primary symptom and dosing.Hoantchy root is close to the primary symptom such as pale face, spontaneous sweating,exhausted body tired. Ligusticum is close to the primary symptom such as pale face, chilliness,exhausted body tired. Ledebouriella is close to insomnia, chilliness, pale tongue. Atractylode is close to tastelessness, chilliness, poor appetite.7. Dose influencing factor analytic result:(1)The modal number of herb medicine in the northeast area was greater than the other six areas,and others did not show obvious differences.(2) According to the analysis of Guizhi Decoction, there are no obvious influence to the modal number of herb medicine made by solar terms.(3) The least of modal number of herb medicine is children.The dosage of juvenile, youth,or middle-aged has no obvious difference.(4) In terms of nursing,81cases of "eating hot porridge",59cases of a "sweating by covering with quilt",there are46cases with the two methods.In the46cases, the dose of herb medicine did not change obviously,but in the "eating hot porridge" cases, the probability of minusing jujube is as high as85.19%, in the "sweating by covering with quilt" cases, the probability of minusing ginger is as high as84.75%.Conclusion:1. The attending types of disease has been significantly increased than that in Synopsis of Golden Chamber and Treatise on Febrile Diseases, but not in primary symptom and pulse condition difference.2. There is no obvious change in ratio of the medicine of Guizhi Decoction.3. At the time of application, it is often flavored with tonifying-deficiency medicines, relieving-exterior medicines, clearing-heat medicines,and activating blood circulation medicines.4. Some doctors follow the nursing methods of "eating hot porridge"and"sweating by covering with quilt".At the same time, the probability of minusing ginger and jujube is much higher than the general situation.5. The dosage of Guizhi Decoction was greater in the northeast than other areas.6. The least dosage is of children.There is no obvious difference in other age.7. According to the analysis of Guizhi Decoction, there are no obvious influence to the law of dose-effect changes made by climate.
