Research On Guizhi Decoction Recipe Syndrome Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Guizhi decoction was first recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,with simple dosage and precise combination,it can make a big difference,so it has been widely used in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medical.In this paper,the method of literature research and data mining technology are adopted to make an in-depth discussion on Guizhi decoction prescription,explain its basic theory,clarify its syndrome and treatment rules,and explore its application characteristics.Method:This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the literature review,which mainly to summary the clinical application of Guizhi decoction and modern pharmacology research during the recent decades.To master the research progress of Guizhi decoction in recent years.The second chapter is the studies on the theory of Guizhi decoction,which are carried out in five sections.Firstly,probing into the origin of Guizhi decoction and making a brief analysis of the records about Guizhi decoction before the Song dynasty.Secondly,analyzing the contents about Guizhi decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Thirdly,based on the original text and the annotations of ancient doctors,the paper further analyzes the theory,method,prescription and medicine about Guizhi decoction.Fourthly,research to the decoction method of Guizhi decoction.Finally,understanding ZHANG ZHONG JING and other doctors how to use Guizhi decoction in the clinical,by which studying its development.The third chapter is to explore the rule of Guizhi decoction in combination with modem medical records and Treatise on Febrile Diseases,by which to provide reference for modern.Collecting the medical records of Guizhi decoction from 1958 to March 2018 in CNKI,Wan Fang and VIP,and establish the database.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.The last one is to evaluate the efficacy of Guizhi decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis through the systematic evaluation of Guizhi decoction in a randomized controlled trial.Retrieving correlation studies from three databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang before July and the eventually included studies after quality assessment were analyzed by using Review Manager 5.3.Results:Firstly,Guizhi decoction is widely used in modern TCM clinic,and its curative effect is considerable.Pharmacological effect,which contain two-way regulation about the body temperature,blood pressure,sweat glands,immune,and it also has the effects of antibacterial,antiviral,anti-allergy and cardiovascular protection.Secondly,through the theoretical study of prescriptions,it is believed that the basic pathology of Guizhi decoction is deficiency of vital energy and pathogenic factors.The main pathogenesis is the disharmony between ying and wei,qi and blood,Yin and Yang;The main points of syndrome differentiation are sweating out evil wind.Third,Among the 505 medical cases,the common diseases included perspiration,cold,arthralgia,urticaria,allergic rhinitis.The application indications are:sweat,evil wind and cold,tired lassitude,thin white tongue and gentle vein;the commonly used medicines are Huangqi,Baizhu,Danggui and Fangfeng.Finally,A total of 11 RCT literature studies were conducted,including 969 patients,the Meta-analysis results showed that:compared with simple western medicine,Guizhi decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency:(OR=2.70,95%CI[1.81,4.04].Z=4.87,P<0.00001),heighten the cure rate:(OR=2.5,95%CI[1.56,4.01].Z=3.82,P<0.00001),decrease recurrence rate:(OR=0.09,95%CI[0.02,0.44].Z=2.98,P<0.001),lower symptom scores:(SMD=2.57,95%CI[0.63,4.52].Z=2.60,P<0.00001).Guizhi decoction have a certain effect to improve symptoms,lower the level of the recurrence rate.Conclusion:Through literature review,theoretical discussion of prescriptions and syndromes,medical case statistics and evidence-based medicine,the author has a deep understanding of the theory of prescriptions and syndromes and the law of differentiation and treatment of Guizhi decoction.On the basis of summarizing the previous experience,we can better inherit and develop the theory,grasp the inner meaning,so as to guide the practice and broaden the clinical application.
